The best way for Stephen and JT to keep their alliance strong is to vote out Debbie tonight. If Coach goes home instead then I wouldn't be surprised if Debbie tried to get a female alliance started in hopes of taking out JT or Stephen. Coach loves JT way too much to do that to him. Coach is a man of his word.
Either way I can't imagine a final four without JT and Stephen. Coach or Debbie goes home tonight then next week, even if there is an alliance switch all JT or Stephen have to do is win immunity which can't be too difficult against Erinn, Taj and Debbie/Coach then the other one can use the HII.

Agreed. I think they should have taken out Debbie last week--she's the cornerstone of any trouble they might have staying on top. But IF they can get rid of her this week, Stephen and JT are golden.
The problem Stephen and Taj have is that everyone seems to like JT no matter what he does. They like Stephen, too, but JT has both the mental and physical game (so it seems, though I really think Stephen is behind most their mental game). I'd put my money on JT for the money...but then again this is survivor. All it takes is a couple people wising-up to this fact and JT will be gone before you know it.

^I think Stephen is just smarter than JT. He knows that he has no chance of winning the million against him. Stephen will either blindside JT (or try) or realize that he'd rather be in a final 2 with his buddy and lose than vote him out.

I think I'm beginning to hate Debbie more than Coach. The way she acted towards Sierra last week was downright embarassing, especially for a school principal who is supposed to set an example for her students.

At least this way they can frame it to Coach like this:
"Coach, she was scheming to get rid of you. We had to do it to protect you!"
Smart move, as usual, by JT & Stephen. Voting Coach off just gave the women too much of a chance to pull together.

I honestly felt just a little sorry for Coach tonight. Out of everyone who could've shown up to see him, an assistant coach? His family didn't want to see him? Does he have any family? It looked kind of pitiful to me.
I also think that Jeff added the bonus to Taj's reward of having her meet Eddie in Exile so the tribe wouldn't see him and vote her off. I'm glad they did that, though
I'm thinking that Erinn or Coach will be gone next week.

Kctv 5 in Kansas City, went to a severe weather update right as Jeff was getting ready to the votes. and it was for severe weather in northern Missouri no where close to Kansas City. I am still furious, at least they voted off Coach (correction Debbie).

There have been alliances of stupid people in Survivor before, but I don't think we've ever seen a more delusional alliance than the Timbira half of the Warrior Alliance. The fact they even thought it still existed after Tyson was blindsided was bad enough (for the record, I think Tyson was a decent player who got overconfident and sloppy). The level of self-delusion in tonight's episode was just funny, even if I am tired of Ben and Debbie.
I think JT and Stephen were giving Debbie way too much credit, not too little.
I'm sure Ben thought the feathers in the hair was a sign of solidarity, but I don't think there was any mistake about Brendan and Sierra flipping their coats over their repective shoulders, but then again we are talking about the observational skills of the self-proclaimed dragon slayer. The pre-Debbie jury is awesome though. I want to hang with them.
By the way, I agree that Stephen is way too smart to go the finals with JT. At least not if he wants to win.

Yeah, the ponderosa videos up to this point have been pretty good. I loved the slip and slide. Tyson may have been an ass in the game, but he sure looks fun to hang out with outside of it. Even though he hated Sierra in camp, it looks like they're having fun outside.

Coach and Assistant Coach.
I think it was a smart move voting Debbie out, especially since they can point to her lone vote against Coach as proof she needed to go.

I just hope stephan makes a move to win this game and somehow gets JT out. The only way I can see him having the balls to do it, though, is if its him, JT and Taj or Erinn at the end and he picks Taj/Erinn to go with him.
And with the possibility of 3 people at the end, he better make his move next time or he's done. I'm sure everyone wants to go to hte final 2 with Coach.

Looks like Debbie shifted gears too early in making an asinine plea to JT and Stephen (seriously, who plays for 3rd?).

God, I'm not even finished with the episode yet, but get Taj the fuck off already, if I hear anymore crying from her I'm gonna fly there myself and slap the shit out of her.
Glad to see Debbie go. Too much scheming for her to still be around.
Another week of Coachisms
And another week that I'm still alive in the Survivor Pool!

It never ceases to amaze me to see how emotional these people get when reunited with a loved one after only being away from home for about a month, particularly the younger ones who are seeing a parent, sibling, or....assistant coach.

PS Glad to still be in the Survivor pool, too. Guess my blind choice for Stephen was a good one. BTW, no one mentioned yet Stephen's amazing win of logic at the immunity challenge. Dang, that dude is smart.

So coach's loved one was his assistant coach!? I wondered who the hell that was. Maybe coach's family thinks he is as much a giant d bag as we do. That or they were eaten by rabbid squirrels on a trip to the desert and only coach survived.
JT and Stephen have this game pretty much locked up as long as they both make it through the next vote, which shouldn't be hard unless Taj loses her mind or something. They definitely need to take out Coach if he dosen't win the immunity, he's too much of a challenge threat.
That alliance has worked for them well and it seems that even if they get to final 3 there shouldn't be too much bs or hatred getting thrown around, it might even come down to a "you finished 2nd in the final challenge so I'll take you" vote. I can't remember, but who was in the original secret alliance? wasn't it Stephen, Taj, Sierra and ???
So we have one more Thursday show and then the finale? I would say that definitely means a final 2.
