Prison Break: The Final Four episodes -- "S.O.B." -- 5/1/09

Prison Break

Synopsis:

Spoiler:

Michael arranges to meet Christina. It isn't an easy reunion to begin with, then she says something surprising about Lincoln. Meanwhile, Pad Man arrives in Miami with a nonnegotiable demand for his new operatives; Linc races to abort Christina's plan; and T-Bag must prove his trustworthiness to the Company.

We are in the home stretch. Seems like some of you have mentally just thrown in the towel on the show since it's return and can't wait for it to end. I think the show is still very entertaining and is hardly a chore to sit through.

Great episode! 3 more episodes to resolve everything? Can't wait to see how it ends.

Mom's a total bitch...lol.

It's definitely adding on the loopiness, but I found that this episode started to shed some more light on the unanswered questions. So yeah, I'm still enjoying it. The show is dipping it's toe in some soap opera-ish territory with the whole "your mother's not dead" and "he's not really your brother" stuff, but it's still good.

Linc is such an idiot. He always rushes into things too quickly. It was so obvious the guy was leading them on a wild goose chase; he kept slowing down and looking back. I'm surprised Michael didn't think to grab the shell casing, he usually would pick up on something like that in such a situation. Should've just shot his mom earlier on. Great episode overall and I really hope that T-Bag ends up turning on The General.

Where's Sucre?

And why couldn't Mom just unscrew that door jam?

Heh, I had mentioned the exact same thing on another forum. I'm able to suspend a lot of disbelief with this show, but that was just horribly overcomplicated. She easily could have just unscrewed the doorstop if she was mobile enough to rig up the floss the way she did. Not only that, but there's no way that it would have just popped out like that, unless that baseboard was infested with termites or something.

I thought for sure that she lived, given the dialogue that took place after she got shot. Stuff that was said (such as letting her live the rest of her life in jail, telling her she better keep her mouth shut about the operation, etc.) seems to strongly indicate that she survived.

ahhmm in my own observation, i think mom's top priority is to remove the duct tape in her hands so that she'll be able to toggle the gun properly that sara's holdin'.

We get that... but all she had to do was unscrew the door thingy instead of rigging up that stupid thing she did with the dental floss.
Of course, the two dingbats taped her hands in front of her instead of behind her, so that made it extra easy.

Kst: I thought she died.. but it's been so long since we saw that episode I can't remember.

That doesn't contradict what I was saying. I was mentioning that if she really wanted the doorstop that badly (to get the tape off) she could have just unscrewed the thing instead of using the floss to pop it out of the baseboard.

Re: Prison Break: The Final Four episodes -- "S.O.B." -- 5/1/09

Just finished this today and thought it was a pretty good episode.

In no way shape or form am I bored or can't wait until the show ends. I think it's still a pretty solid adrenaline rush.

Michael and Linc's Mom is turning out to be a real piece of work. I loved the scene where Michael literally lost it and was about to drown her in the bathtub.

I can understand why Sarah doesn't want to tell Michael about the pregnancy, but I find it funny that they actually had time to have sex during all this chaos for the last several months? Maybe weeks in Prison Break time.

The reveal about Lincoln not being the biological son of Aldo and Christina seemed to have come from left field. I do agree with Michael thought that Linc was more of a brother than Christina was ever a mother to both of them.

Personally I can't see a happy ending in 2 weeks. Linc, Mahone and Self are screwed.

If you can't find time to have sex, you're failing at life

Okay, but have you seen even one moment where Michael and Sarah had the opportunity to be intimate? I mean they were cooped up in that Wherehouse in California with the crew and have literally been on the run for the last several weeks in Prison Break time and have been on the move constantly in Miami. Just saying.

I agreed it seems like they've had no alone time, but I'm thinking it must have been in the episode when they were first reunited.

not to be a hater - but where is this going? I have a feeling the ending of this show is going to be a dud.

I find myself watching the clock - waiting for it to be over.
