From the abrubt mid season 1 finale (due to the WGA strike) to now, they have been wanting to put Chuck under lockdown or eliminated. Nearly every episode this season has had General Beckman finding, ok, creating (if you want to be jerk about it) a reason to put Chuck in lockdown.

She always turns to Casey to cement her decision but lately Casey has also been questioning her decision/motive.
Because season 1 wasn't a full season. So everyone knowing, is kinda like Lois knowing Clark is superman. So I thought they would drag it out, for as long as possible.

Yeah, but Lois and Clark got much better when Lois found out!... Actually, I'll have to go back and check, but I swear when the season finished Lois was going to say one thing, but then I think they went back and re-filmed and changed the direct of the show.

Anyway, for what it's worth I went onto NBC and played through the episode again. Nice to have it on in the background while doing some other stuff.
