Living on Hippy Time!

Re: Lost -- "LaFleur" -- 3/4/09
Not Dharma material? Sawyer has long hair too. Don't discriminate!

Re: Lost -- "LaFleur" -- 3/4/09
So how will it work when Ben comes back to the island to run into his own dad? Will he run into himself growing up on the island?
|
Re: Lost -- "LaFleur" -- 3/4/09
How did Alpert just walk into the compound?

I think the Dharma security needs an upgrade if Richard can just come strolling in. |
Re: Lost -- "LaFleur" -- 3/4/09
I'm going to assume he went over it like the losties did during season 3.

Re: Lost -- "LaFleur" -- 3/4/09
50 minutes in and this might be one of my top 5 episodes...

Damnit! ABC Has no signal in Phoenix. I've checked like 3 different tvs. One's on a cable box, the other is my OTA HD Antenna. Nothing.

Thank you! We will see the 06ers run into the rest of the group working for Dharma in their heyday.

Re: Lost -- "LaFleur" -- 3/4/09
they wouldn't have locke and the rest in present time, jack has to run into him
|
Re: Lost -- "LaFleur" -- 3/4/09
Juliet, Sayid, Jin, Sawyer, Hurley, Jack, and Kate are in 1974.
Locke is in 2008. From 1971-1974, Jack, Hurley, Sayid, and Kate were in 2005-2008. (Guessing on the 2000s here). Goodspeed is the one who eventually dies in the van. |

No, we only see the people who flashed off the plane in Dharma time. The plane crash and surviviors are on the Hydra island, and havn't been shown in the past yet.

Re: Lost -- "LaFleur" -- 3/4/09
What a wonderfully written and well-acted episode. One of my top 5 of all time!
Interesting that Daniel was never seen in the 1974 scenes. |

So then what the fuck is the big importance of bringing them all back? Plus, how is it that they're going to explain Locke's resurrection? Will it be the Losties and Dharma of the past fighting against the rest of the group and Locke with Alpert and gang in the present? How can you have two different groups of people co-existing in one place at two seperate times? Unless they show all of the craziness that occurs when you inject Hurley, Jack and Kate in Dharma while Sayid and Sun work with Locke and his gang. It still doesn't make sense how two periods of time could interact with each other though.
that wouldn't work at all if he is in present time he's gonna run into a 60 year old Jack? |

that wouldn't work at all if he is in present time he's gonna run into a 60 year old Jack? Past - "Everything that happened, happened." The Dharma timeline. They are showing us everything that happened before Ben wiped them out. Present - 316 crash / Others in control of island v.s. Widmore My guess is that Jack and the other 06 members will find a way back to present time before Ben purges Dharma. |

This is correct. Though we havn't seen Sayid or Sun yet. They can be in Dharma time or present time(2008).

There are two stories going on throughout two timelines.
Or Dharma, led by a strong minded Sawyer with knowledge of Ben's intentions, will wage war alongside the rest of his Dharma cohorts against Ben and those on his side. |
Re: Lost -- "LaFleur" -- 3/4/09
I had a feeling they would pair Juliet and Sawyer together at some point. Going back to season 1, the majority of the main cast probably has lord knows what STDs.

Re: Lost -- "LaFleur" -- 3/4/09
This looks to be one of my all time favorite episodes!
How was the baby born and not kill the mother? Is child Ben part of the DI yet? I hope Locke isn't in the present. That would make me sad not seeing much of him. |
Re: Lost -- "LaFleur" -- 3/4/09
well if locke is in present time, can't wait to see how they play all that shit out
