You won't have to worry about that:

Spoiler:

Annie Wersching aka Walker is signed on to return in season 8

damm what a legendary and i mean legendary couple of episodes.

that Senator who has a hard on for Jack needs to die.

The breach of the whitehouse was a bit too easy, just a bit of digging and in you go

Re: Twenty Four (24) -- Season 7 -- "6:00pm to 8:00pm" -- 3/2/09

Outstanding second hour! The first hour was decent. But seriously, how easy was it to take over the white house? That was a bit lame. And the absolute worst port was secret services just taking Juma's word that he had Taylor and all of them leaving. Come on. Taylor's daughter didn't really bother me in this one, or Taylor herself, it was obvious that she'd want to save her daughter's life but why in hell would Jack just open the door!?

I won't list all the positives though as I'd cover the whole page but Agent Walker is really awesome. I hope she stays for a few seasons. "Bauer what have you done?" LOL Yeah it's all Jack's fault. Dumbass Senator. I get the feeling that Bill's gonna bite the dust this season, and that Chloe will stay alive. Damn them.

Yes, but did he technically work for Keeler, Logan or Daniels? He wasn't at CTU for all of them, IIRC.

Re: Twenty Four (24) -- Season 7 -- "6:00pm to 8:00pm" -- 3/2/09

I doubt Logan's portrait is up in the whitehouse. The guy was a fuckin' traitor to the country and they would keep up his portrait?

Tony Todd is great. His accent is horrible and his line delivery is so over the top, I love it.

I found it ridiculous that Walker would jump onto that boat. What was she expecting to do with a dozen men armed with assault rifles? She just happened to luck out, when they all left and dove underwater.

But all in all, 2 damn entertaining hours of TV. The raid on the White House was great. Yes, unbelivable, But, completely awesome.

I hope Mr. 70's show dies a slow horrible death.

I was wondering about that too. We know David Palmer is one. I don't know if they're counting his predecessor. Technically Jack did serve under him since he worked for CTU at the time. Keeler I'm not sure about. Jack never really served under him since he'd been fired from CTU. Logan shouldn't count either. Jack was "dead" during his brief time in office and when he resurfaced, he worked to bring him down. I guess Palmer V.2 counts since he arranged for Jack to be released from Chinese custody.

Maybe those are the 3: Palmers 1 & 2, and David Palmer's predecessor.

I think we're supposed to believe the White House takeover could be done because Juma had people "working inside this administration" to grease the wheels.

Not when she had previously said that she hadn't talked to her in years.

If she had been on their radar before, you think they would have either nabbed her as leverage, or would have at least been watching her as collateral later on.

However, this is 24...where logic doesn't really count sometimes. Still a fun ride.

Plus its not like Jumba's crew are reading the papers and watching CNN and catching glimpses of the daughter.

They have more important things to do!

Wasn't Reagan in a similar situation with one of his sons? I sure as hell know what he looks like. Also, if they nab her earlier, it would likely tip their hand as to their target. If her dad wouldn't have gotten shot, which was a scenario that they wouldn't have planned for, she wouldn't even be in the picture.

Jack tasering the phone had us

All we needed was the senator calling Bauer a dumbass to seal it. I can't wait for next week, that preview looked great.

The 2nd episode stretches credibility. Juma's man able to hack into the white house surveillance cameras but no one in the White House was watching the cameras to see a bunch of guys appear out of nowhere in military/swat fatigues. What happened to those soldiers at the end of the 1st hour?

those two must have designed that lock down room. No satellite phones, no video conferencing, no way to communicate with anyone on the outside. WTF with the first daughter with Morse code and a flash light? What's next ... Jack sends out smoke signals. I can't stop watching this!

Man what a great 2 hours last night!

I want Jack to torture the Senator.

I also like how Agent Walker has a hard on for Jack, and it totally pisses Agent Moss off. heh.

Their kids would be so bad-ass it'd make the cast of The Expendables jealous.

As long as we don't find out those people are either the current VP, Chief of Staff or someone else in Taylor's cabinet. Remember - Taylor just was elected a few months back, and Tony, Bill and Chloe have been working on finding the moles for quite some time. It wouldn't make any sense for Juma to have recruited someone he HOPED Taylor would pick for VP, give a cabinet position, etc. The moles all better come from FBI, CIA, Military, etc.

Did Juma actually break in from UNDERNEATH the White House? I've read that there's more structure underneath it (I've heard up to six floors) than visible on the ground...I doubt his team could realistically make it up to the ground floors with so little resistance. BTW, more nitpicking, but there's no way the Secret Service would pull back during a White House attack, not even if the President was being held hostage.

Still, this is the most entertaining 24 has been in a long while. The post-strike shows over the past few weeks have been awesome. It's like everyone came back with great ideas and plenty of energy.

And Tony, but I'm still not quite sure what the lesson was with Tony. Or who the teacher was. Or the students. Or if they'd get a passing grade.
