The third season-premiere of 30 Rock kicked-off third in the 9:30 p.m. half hour with an improved (and third-place) 8.53 million viewers and a 4.1 rating/10 share among adults 18-49. Comparably, that put retention out of lead-in The Office (Viewers: 9.32 million; A18-49: 4.7/12 at 9 p.m.) of 92 percent in viewers and 87 percent among adults 18-49.
Interesting note: 30 Rock had more viewers than Heroes this week. Which is more a sign of Heroes' problems than 30 Rock's success, mind you, but it would've seemed unheard of two seasons ago.

They mentioned it in one of the last episodes of last season. I can't think of the full title off the top of my head, but it was something along the lines of Goregasm: An Erotic Adventure - The Legend of Dong Slayer.

I wasn't feeling this episode at all and I really don't care for guest stars on the show ... at least well known ones. 30 Rock is at its best when its just Liz and Jack, although there are plenty of good scenes with other characters.
I am not a fan Will Arnet on this show. I guess he is supposed to tap into the AD crowd. I did like Buck Henry, Elaine Stritch and Tim Conway.
