STUNNINGLY intense and brilliantly acted all the way around, from the look on Vic's face when he realized he could just quit now to the look on Shane's face when he realized he was screwed.
Vic's gone rogue, and I can't wait to see where they take it from here.
Truly amazing television.

And that is why I never watch the previews, and I don't read spoilers. Great episode, and I can't believe the guy gave it up. Shane giving the little gesture while Ronnie was watching him was fantastic.

It still says something about this show that it can create such great tension when you already know the outcome. Still, F/X showed waaaaay too much on their preview, IMO.
Man, I wish this was like last season, where French TV aired new episodes a week before the US did. It's going to be hard to wait a week to see how this plays out.

So Shane was fully prepared to murder Vic and have Ronnie killed, thereby having murdered two of his team members himself and having the other offed by a gangsta (Ronnie always sort of was "that other guy").
That said, (1) they were going to kill him/have him killed, and (2) Vic murdered another cop to protect himself, like Shane did and tried to do. I have to keep reminding myself on that last point as Vic goes on the hunt.

Now that it has sunk in for 12 hours I still have the same conclusion, this was the best episode ever. The second Two Man broke I had a huge smile on my face that shane was caught, then the smile broke when I realized that everybody is screwed. Truely amazing.

Also how cool was it when Julian grabbed his gun and went running after Shane too. First time for me that he felt like part of the strike team.

And Danni's just gone, right? Up and disappeared to escape Vic? I assume this will be addressed at some point, but this ep. was just fine without it...

Oh man 2nd spoiler, i was afraid of that happening. Maybe Vic can just play everyone to the bone, and come out winning in the end. Or I can hope

I hope Shane's wife bites the dust. That was an extremely bitchy thing to go to Corrinne's house and get her involved in this shit and especially the tone she used as well.
Man, that second spoiler for Party Line looks like it's really going to hit the fan.

I watched the episode rerun last night. They actually show Vic walking out the front door of the church that was used all the way back in the pilot. They must have gone back to the church to film that short scene.

Wow. Simply amazing. Vic, Ronnie and Julian going after Shane in the barn with guns drawn was fucking intense as shit. Wow. This is going to be one badass ending to one of the best shows on tv.

Holy christ. That was intense. I am re-watching the entire series with my friend, we are in Season 4. One of the best shows ever produced. This episode was in my top 3. The Season Finale of 5 is the best episode and one of the finest acted shows on tv.
