They were ok. Were too "saturday morning cartooney" for me. I'll keep watching though.

Not the worst things I ever saw. Liked the second episode better than the first one. If the "single jedi with a handful of clone troopers" is going to become a standard plot line, it's going to get real old, real quick.

One thing I was surprised at was

Spoiler:
they actually killed several people. That's pretty intense for non-adult swim CN fare

The previews for upcoming shows looked promising, especially the Camino storyline. Although I still think it's a rip-off that we're getting the best part of the prequels as a poorly animated cartoon, this does have some potential.

There's nothing to get caught up on. The movie was a stupid story about rescuing Jabba the Hutt's baby so that the Republic could fight and travel around his area of the system. Absolutely none of it factored into any of the first two episodes.

I enjoyed the premiere episodes. The upcoming storylines look good too.

The opening narrator has a serious case of Starship Trooper-itis. I keep on waiting for him to say "Would you like to know more?".

I enjoyed the premiere episodes as well and must say that this looks absolutely gorgeous on HD. Have it saved on my DVR for the rest of the season.

I did not see the movie based on the horrible reviews.

I thought the movie was the pilot? If so weren't they going to show that first on TV? Guess not.

I wound up watching Friday and it was not too bad. Battle droid talk was the worst. Good action scenes. I'll be watching now. Too bad I don't have Cartoon Network HD.

That would have made sense, but I think the series was always set for a fall start, and who would have expected that people would have avoided a SW movie in theaters?

Liked it too, second episode more. Master Plo Koon was cool. Agree on the stupid battle droid talk.

LEAPS AND BOUNDS better than the movie. Though, the first Clone Wars 'toons are better.

These eps were good, but I liked the first more thanks to Yoda. This'll get a season pass.

For kids it's probably great, but for me it's was just okay. I'll keep watching though but I do have low expectations. It's a shame they didn't do something along the lines like Final Fantasy movie quality and gear it towards an older audience

OK, so wtf is going on here?

First my DVR taped the 1st episode, and not the back-to-back second. No biggie, 'cause they re-aired it last night.

The first episode filled up my entire 52" widescreen televion..... the second episode was letterboxed, and had a weird "distortion effect" to it when things would move side to side.... both were taped on the CartoonNetwork's HD station, and despite the weird pan effect, the second episode =WAS= in high definition....... ?

I loved the series debut, and even though it had a little bit too much kiddie humor (e.g., the battledroid banter) it did look amazing in HD.

A note for you Canadians out there: This airs on the CTV network Sunday nights at 7pm EST. I actually had no idea this series was coming and would have missed it completely if I wasn't browsing ahead in the programming schedule. Regardless, I will DVR the entire season!

athough they were both good I liked the first episode better too. That was the best we've seen from Yoda since his lightsaber fight with Dooku in Ep. II.

I think I was most impressed by the fact that they are taking the time to devote entire episodes to show small aspects of the Clone War (Yoda accepting a challenge, Anakin searching for survivors) rather than jumping all over the universe trying to cover the entire war at once.

As long as they keep the Kindergarten-esque dialogue to the battle droids I guess I'm OK with it (although I did laugh when the battle droid tried to plow through the trees with his tank).

Is it just me, or was last night's episode actually awesome?

Plo Koon, proto-Ywings, Kaminoans, Greivous, and the cool space creatures. Also, Greivous's ship is from ROTS concept art. It was actually my preferred design.

And best of all, no lame humor at all.

I thought all the episodes so far were great. I like that they are given the clones some life.

I also thought it was a great episode.

I think they can cut down on the direct dialog references to the films though.

I did like the shot of Anakin with his back to the camera.

I can't believe how different this show is from the Clone Wars movie. I found the movie to be boring, stupid and filled with crappy new characters (Gay Hutt and Baby Hutt). Not to mention, filled with lame humor.

The show, on the other hand, is action packed, fun and really is filling the gaps between Episode II and Episode III. Last night's episode is my favorite and next week's looks even better.

I'm sure alot of people are ignoring it based on the movie. Boy are they missing out.

This really is a great show. If you are a Star Wars geek like I am and not watching the show, you are really missing out on a treat.

overall, the show is good. But it gets at least 8-10 eye rolls from me every episode because of what the battle droids say or do. That really is just unnecessary for them to be so dumb. I'd rather they just NEVER talk.

you can say that they're doing that to appeal to kids, but the show airs on Friday nights at 9 PM.

So far the show is excellent, i agree it could do without the droid humor but other then that its excellent, visually its amazing, feels alot like the original trilogy in its action scenes etc.
