Yep. I think that's when I switched too. Had an HD-D*Tivo, but when all the new HD channels started up, I left it behind. It was annoying at first, getting used to the quirks, but things have been stabilized a lot and I've never really had any problems with it not recording or whatever.

When they finally (sort of) added dual live tuners, I really didn't miss the Tivo at all.

However, if it wasn't much to switch to the Tivo unit and I didn't have to give up any of the nice features of the HR22, I would still consider it.

It seems like they announced the news in 2008 and we have been waiting forever for it to come out.
