It'll grow back. And by the time I next check into the show, it might be shoulder length then...

Ditto. It's way too short. Hopefully by midseason it will grow back.

Also, pretty lame explanation on what happened to Harry.

I could have swore they started out as sophomores. While David and the blond kid that shot himself were freshmen.

The show did start with them as Sophomores, except David like you said. Seems like most of these high school shows start with the sophomore season.

Shit, I was looking forward to it and it was boring. I hate Teddy and the other new character they added. Too much Annie, too much awkward Dixon and Ivy and even Adrianna, my favorite, was put into a stupid storyline.

That's the weird part. Beyond his graduating early, he did go FR, SO, JR in the first 3 years.

I'm almost positive they identify the principles as Juniors early on. Besides, Brandon, Dylan, Steve, Kelly, etc were driving in the first season, so they had to be Juniors unless the driving age in CA is 15.

If they were 18 while seniors, they would be 16 during sophmore year. Driving age.

http://livefeed.hollywoodreporter.co...premieres.html

Ratings weren't great for this either. 2.0M viewers and 0.9 in the demos. According to this story, it's the highest since an episode last December.

Bad premiere creatively IMO. Gossip Girl was much better.

And it's not going to get any better. The majority of the premieres like Chuck, The Event, Castle and Hawaii Five-O start next week.

I guess, but at the start of the school year? I didn't turn 16 until February of my soph year and I was on the early side of those in my class. Nobody in my class had their license at the start of soph year.

I'm still almost positive that they are identified as juniors initially.

I think Red Dog is right. Everything I'm reading is saying they started out as Juniors in season 1 with David and Scott being Freshman. Season 2 had them as Juniors again but David and Scott were somehow Sophomores. So David seemingly graduated in 3 years while it took the others 5 years.

Has it been revealed why Teddy, who is clearly a 47 year old, is going to a High School yet?

OK premiere. Annie wasn't as annoying as she has been in the past, yet I still wish for her death.

90210 -- "Age of Inheritance" -- 09/20/10

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
By djariya at 2010-09-03

Synopsis:

Spoiler:
Naomi is able to access her trust fund and decides to throw herself a birthday party. Meanwhile, Annie meets a guy at a coffee shop; Dixon goes partying with the guys; Silver pushes Teddy to face his drinking problem; and Jen is put on bed rest for the remainder of her pregnancy.

Adrian Grenier from Entourage guest stars

Alot of stuff on tonight so this and Gossip Girl will probably go on the backburner tonight.

Call me crazy but I really like Silver's haircut.

Again call me crazy but even with the ton of things on tonight I'm still sticking with this and Gossip Girl. House, HIMYM, Lone Star and DWTS (until Bristol and Audrina leave then I'll have no desire to watch it) will have to be viewed by other means.

Re: 90210 -- "Age of Inheritance" -- 09/20/10

A little late, but finally watched this Awful episode.

Jen is so selfish and materialistic. Even though she's supposedly his baby mama, I can't believe that Ryan has sympathy for this woman. And she has a personal assistant?

All the couples that they attempt to pair up, with the exception of Adrianna and Navid, just don't work at all.

for stupid ass Dixon having body shots done off him and it getting posted to facebook for Ivy to see.

Naomi's birthday party was a freaking joke. Counterfeit invitations? Carboard cutouts of her? I wonder how much Adrian Grenier got paid for that non-speaking part?

The whole plot with creepy rapist teacher, Silver and Naomi is such a trainwreack. And Annie's new love interest is conveniently Liam's brother? Ha! This show is more fun to make fun of each week. Definitely does not have the charm or magic of it's predecessor.

Definitely. I found myself making fun of the outrageousness of it all.

Re: 90210 -- "Age of Inheritance" -- 09/20/10

The biggest problem is Dixon....here's a guy who was banging a 20-something hottie before...now he's all in love with a regular ho hum chick....then he apparently gets free reign in a bar as a Sr in HS and then bachelorettes want to do body shots off you and you're worried about losing your regular ho hum boring chick to some Aussie douche afterwords because of facebook (yeah, I know he didn't know at the time, but still, please spare me this nonsense)? I'd say if I lived his life, fuck it.

These writers are idiots. I truly believe everyone writing for the CW soaps now are idiots. Between this crap, random dance routines in the middle of Memphis, and coma dreams, it's hard not to believe they're not on crack.

Okay, that was probably the best damn take I've read on any CW show.

Why isn't the actor who plays Teddy ever in the promo photos? He would make it an even 4-4 between guys and girls.

Probably because people would think it's a show about 30 somethings and who wants the see that on the CW.

90210 -- The 3rd season thread -- Monday's on The CW

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
By djariya at 2010-09-03

Synopsis for 2021 Vision:

Spoiler:
Naomi turns to sleeping pills to combat nightmares about her rape; Silver is invited to Mr. Cannon's place to see a documentary; Teddy indulges in a drunken hookup; Annie gets a compelling offer from her boss; Dixon discovers his assumptions about Ivy were wrong; and Adrianna's performance of a stolen song goes viral.

This is my least favorite CW soap and episodes 1 and 2 sucked ass, but I have a soft spot for Adrianna and Navid, so I will continue to watch because of them. But, this gets demoted to a season thread. Most likely I will be bitching about how stupid this week's episode is as well.

Meh. I'm out. There isn't even enjoyment in the crappiness of the show anymore and I found myself paying attention more to the MNF game on my 2nd TV. I just wish this was 9 so I could open up a tuner, but 8-9 wasn't an issue for me to begin with.

The characters are ok but the storylines suck

The rapist teacher story is stupid. Adrianna story is stupid. Gay Teddy story is stupid. Dixon story is stupid
