I kinda enjoyed not having to worry about TV thanks to the strike, but I can't lie. It's great having new episodes of The Office!

I don't know which I'm looking forward to more: this new episode of The Office or the new episode of 30 Rock. Either way, it feels good to have Thursday feel like Thursday again!

I hope these new episodes are better than the pre-strike, season 4 ones.

Yes, I'm aware I'm in the minority when I say that.

Thank you for the birthday present, NBC! Nice to have the Office back.

Now if I could just remember what the hell was going on before the strike.

I'm in that minority, too. I watched the last four episodes during the marathon last week, and my feelings on them haven't changed from when they originally aired.

I've read some things about how they were wanting to get tonight's episode made for two years, and Jenna Fischer said somewhere that she thought this was the funniest episode of the series, so it has a lot to live up to. I'm hoping the time off rejuvenated the writers so they can finish out this season with some really good, funny episodes.

It was a very un-Office-like episode, but it was still pretty good.

TVGuide said "The Office" was going to be on tonight. But when I turned on NBC at 9:00, it was just another episode of "Anywhere But The Office."

Ugh.

Anyone else now have the urge to pop in Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf??

What an uncomfortable episode.

Pam: you can always get new stuff but you can't replace this party.

I wasn't feeling it for tonight's episode, it was uncomfortable, but not uncomfortably funny for most of its running time.

Haven't laughed that hard in a long time. I did find it uncomfortably funny, especially the facial expressions of Jim and Pam.

I loved this episode. The jokes were rapid fire and there were a ton of funny little details in the background of Michaels apartment.

The stuff with the tiny TV was hilarious. One of my friends had a similar setup to that and would try to brag about it all the time.

No offense to anybody that liked this episode, but in my opinion this was far and away the worst episode of the entire series.

I really wish they'd cool it with the relationship stuff. The show was so much funnier when the whole show just focused on all the employees of the office and each had their own little thing going on.

Jim and Pam have become completely boring now that they're a couple and the Jan/Micheal thing is just weird and too over the top. For me the least interesting characters on the show are Jim and Pam and Jan and Michael and unfortunately tonight's show focussed entirely on them. The Office needs to stay "in the office" or else it really suffers in my opinion.
