I think that might have been a schoolyard pick, and the unpicked went home

Seriously, not one freakin winner? This list is a joke. They should offer more money to entice these people to return.

Damn, I wanted a third season of Stephenie. She always looked so much hotter on the show than in real life.

It be pointless to have winners on all-stars, they always be the first one's voted out no matter what they do.

1) She's already had two chances

2) She was severely overrated her first season. For all the "greatest female survivor ever" talk you would have thought she could have won a challenge. I know during her season it was a popular sentiment to blame it on her "bad team", but as the team members dwindled it really was kind of hard not to point the finger at her. In the end she and Bobby John weren't just getting beat by Tom and Ian; they were getting beat by Coby.

3) She may have made final 2 in the next season (to be fair in part b/c of her popularity), but she played such a poor strategic game that she wasn't beating either of the other two final 3 players. Rafe manipulated the hell out of her, and let her take the fall for all of the moves that he orchestrated.

4) On a personal level, honestly I just never really cared for her.

Other than Rupert, she's the most over-rated survivor ever. She got this sweetheart edit in Palau that seriously over hyped her being at camp all alone when she was the last one of her loser tribe standing. Wow, she survived one night at camp all alone...big deal. The pathetic Janu survived a night on Exile isle all alone, without shelter and everything else Steph had.

Also, Steph is supposed to be this fantastic competitor. I think she only ever won 1 individual challenge in 2 seasons, and on top of that she quit 2 challenges to eat food. Some competitor. Meanwhile, many people slam on Jenna Morasca as a horrible winner, yet she won 4 individual immunities in a single season (not sure, but I think she's still tied for the female lead in that category).

Also of note, was her being one of the morons that let Danni win the immunity advantage at the auction...which she promptly used in the challenge to swap places with Steph to save her neck, as she was gone if she didn't win immunity.

She may have made the final 2 in Guatemala, but since there was no way she was going to win, why not drag her along.

From Survivor 11: Guatemala: Fishmonger Lydia Morales - finished 4th, doorman Judd Sergeant IV - finished 6th, Gary Ex-Dallas Cowboy Hogeboom - finished 7th.
Thats like my 3 least favorite people from that season.

I'd like to see them do an Ultimate Survivor with nothing but former winners (and maybe Rupert since he won that Fan Pick $1 million at the end of All-Stars 1). Then just up the prize money to $10 million. That would be awesome. They've had enough winners now to do it, and it's obvious that a former winner will never win an All-Stars show.

Otherwise I also love the ideas already mentioned about a Survivor with all 2nd place finishers or with all the people who were the first ones voted off the show (or at least the first ones voted out of their respective tribes). Either of those scenarios could be a lot of fun.

To bad that could never happen, besides I think Richard Hatch is still in jail.

I'm glad there are no former winners on the cast. They would just get voted off first since they "wouldn't need the money".

They'd need to let a few more seasons go by first. There will be 15 winners at the close of this season (16 if you count Rupert's fan vote $1 million). They need 16 contestants. Obviously, there will be a few former winners who will either not be available (Hatch) or will simply not want to participate for reasons of their own. But once they've had 20+ $1 million winners - and they might add 2 more next season if they repeat the fan vote-in special prize again - then they'll probably have enough available contestants to mount a full game. The prize has to be more than $1 million for an Ultimate Survivor show, however. It really ought to be $10 million to raise the stakes and peak the interests of most of the former winners, some of whom may not be excited enough by the prospect of $1 million (which ends up being more like $600,000 after taxes) to go through it all again.

Personally, I think it'd be awesome. See how all the smartest, strongest, most coniving players face off against each other. Which ones were the posers who got lucky and floated under the radar or rode someone else's coattails and which were the true players? Who is the top dog Alpha of the group? Who is the best athlete? Who is the most underhanded or best manipulator? Would someone like Tom do as well when he's squaring off against a whole bunch of strong athletic guys instead of easily dominating all the challenges against weaker opponents? I'd love to see it happen.

On the flipside, a Survivor of all people who were the first voted out of their tribes would be funny to see because of the high level of dysfunctionality. Ostensibly, you'd have a tribe mainly composed of people with major personality issues who can't get along well with others and are prone to emotional outbursts and histrionics. You'd have a lot of very poor athletes, weirdos and bossy know-it-alls. And you'd have opportunities for guys like Kel from Season 2, who simply caught a bad break, to get a second chance and possibly redeem themselves.

I agree. It would eliminate the "they've already won, vote them off" factor and even out the scale.

And alot of people might disagree with me on this one, but I wouldn't mind seeing an edition of Survivor filled with people who have won the big prize on other reality shows. Like past Amazing Race, Apprentice, Big Brother, etc. *winners* (not just memorable personalities or second-placers) so you could see how the skills from one show translate to the other.

Not sure if this has been mentioned!

http://www.realitytvworld.com/news/c...ary-7-6207.php

Spoiler:
Last week, James Clement, the tenth castaway eliminated from Survivor: China, was not made available for post-show media interviews following his ouster on Thursday night's broadcast. No reason was given for his unavailability, however the move appeared to all but confirm Clement's participation in Survivor's currently-filming second all-stars edition.

In 2003, former Survivor: Pearl Islands castaway Rupert Boneham was not available for media interviews after his elimination from Survivor's seventh edition because he was participating in the filming of Survivor: All-Stars.

There's a lot more in the story link.

That would be great. Survivor: Second Chance

As long as they don't do a Survivor: Celebrity Edition I'm going to watch this show.
