There were a few really laugh out loud moments in this episode for me. The conversation about the Bit of Honey (I'm sorry!), was great. I hate those. I was sad when it was announced as the last season of Scrubs however. It's not a surprise, but I still wasn't expecting it for some reason.

I'm sad to see the show go too. I've watched since the start, but it's time. I just don't look forward to it as much as The Office or 30 Rock anymore. Either way great show.

Ok, Ok here me out, As everyone knows, I think Scrubs is great. However, after watching a brilliant episode of 30 Rock; this wasn’t nearly as funny. Sadly, Scrubs is no longer the best NBC comedy; it’s second. Earl is in third, but it’s been pretty great this season and the keeping Earl in prison really shows me that the writers have balls.
Janitor dating that lady named “Lady” had me rolling though and Kelso trying to get that espresso machine and smelling eggs was pretty good.
“Suck on that Tony Shalhoub!”- After JD wins Dr. Cox’s award.
I found JD to be a complete a**hole this episode; I know people have complained about him being way too much of a narcissist but he is a selfish prick. Elliot with Keith was pretty good; I feel sorry for Keith but I’d try to keep her as well; she’s fu*king smokin’.
I thought this was a pretty solid premiere. Like I said though, 30 Rock is the comedy gem right now and a show in its prime is always (well, usually) going to outshine a show in its final season.
I’m sad one of my favorite shows is going off the air! I can’t wait ti’ll next weeks episode though!

For some reason I can't find it off the NBC site, but a Google search turns up the full episode online here.
I enjoyed the premiere - Bill Lawrence directed it and I think that showed. Everyone seemed a lot more natural than they did during the whole "Private Dancer" fiasco last year.
