When you think about it, Tony's been screwed over by the government over and over. He was accused of treason, served time in prison and Michelle's dead because of Logan.

If Tony really is bad, I don't think most fans are gonna like that. Look how pissed everyone was when Edgar died a couple of years ago. He is alot of viewers' favorite character after Jack.

Besides the actor who played Edgar, who was pissed when Edgar kicked the bucket? He was one of the worst characters in 24 history and completely made up of some of 24's worst cliches ("My feelings are hurt, so I don't want to find the terrorist!").

Damn, I was really hoping that trailer would have jump started my interest in 24 again, but no such luck. Ehhh, I'll give it a fair shot. There has thankfully been more good 24 than bad 24 over the years.

Most fans would probably be happy if Tony became the focus of the show, regardless of good or bad (but we probably know how this will work out).

Edgar was a just a side story. Not many would give a shit if he was brought back from the dead.

Tony's character actually had meaning, and he was just as badass as Jack. I'm just afraid how they will try to explain him coming back.

I would like to see them bring Edgar back as well, just so they could kill that annoying bastard again...and hopefully more violently.

Just saw the trailer...wow...I knew Tony was coming back but not in that capacity.

I'm not sure what to think. So many seasons have passed, and so many familiar characters are gone that it doesn't feel like the same show.

The countdown still shows 5+ hours to go. I guess everyone is seeing this through "other" means? Looks like it was on but yanked off youtube by 20th Century Fox.

I can't believe it....it actually looks like they got it RIGHT this season. Of course, last season's first four shows were good too...let's just hope they keep it on track this year.

Lost pretty dang sweet (though we know trailers can be deceiving).

Besides TONY, the highpoint of the trailer: No "quick-witted FBI agent Janene Garafalo," so I'm hoping she's a bit player and Tony has some time with her.

Looks pretty good, nice not seeing CTU. Not sure about the Tony Angle, but with all the crap that has happened to him maybe he would go "evil" but would of been nice if they didnt have Tony come back
