I really enjoyed this. It had a couple of LOL moments for me.

That basically sums it up...and how nice for the scenes that were shown in the promos were all extracted from the single PILOT episode.

Wouldn't go that far , but this was a mediocre pilot. Felt like another case of taking the most tired elements from different shows/films, and not even being able to get by on charm. I'll still give the 2nd episode a shot.

Too much Duchovny. It had its moments but it'd be nice to have a scene or two without him. It'll get old very quicky.

According to IMDB, in real life she's 25. (which means she's probably close to 30)

She was born 1985 and that makes her 22 this year

Well, since the 2nd episode didn't get it's own thread I'll assume this show is DOA. I caught the pilot & gave it some leeway since, well it was a pilot. But this episode was just confirmed what a stinker this is. But it makes me wonder what the pitch was. "Hey, let's make a show about an unlikeable asshole. But let's not throw in any witty banter or interesting situations and see what happens. Just a bunch of titties. People who have Showtime like titties!"

As much as I love to see Paula Marshall naked (has she done any nude scenes since 'The New Age'? and why isn't that on DVD yet?), it just didn't make up for Duchovny getting a concussion and vomiting. That whole scene ripped off 'Lovely & Amazing', and then just went downhill into a pit of bad writing and sitcom-inspired wackiness.

Maybe not as bad as the pilot, but still not good enough to guarantee I'll bother with next week's ep. I'd say the odds are about 40/60.

I liked the second episode better than the first, if only because I had felt I had already seen the pilot episode from seeing the previews.

The "16 year old" actually looked more like a teenager in this episode.

I enjoyed Duchovny's rant about LA and shaved women.

Duchovny and Marshall's scene cracked me up.

Was surprised that they casted Brooke Banner on the show (the porn starlet with the screaming baby) as she's a real porn starlet. She was a decent actress as far as porn starlets are concerned, I guess.

I liked the scene with Hank and his daughter (her helping him trying to win back the mother of his child). Too bad Bill "owns" Hank for now, but we'll see if Hank ditches the HelLA blog job.

Just as long it wasn't Penny Marshall providing the nudity, I'm fine with it.

I am loving this show. So far my fave of all the new shows that had pilots leaked. 2nd ep cracked me up.

Which would make absolutely no sense.
Get an actress willing to do nudity instead and save time and money.

However they looked kinda fake, so perhaps Paula isn't completely happy with her boobs and asked if they could be fixed a bit..?
