I will definitely check this one out tonight. However, I can see this show not appealing to alot of people considering it deals a little with religion and then throw in a little police procedural drama as well. But, Holly Hunter should make it worthwhile.

Yeah I agree, I think if there is such a word as "Overpromotion", this show would fall under that Realm.

You guys should see how this show is being trashed on the TNT message boards by angry parents and religious fanatics for it's sex and depiction of religion. It's ridiculous!! Some fucking idiotic parents thought they could watch this with their kids.

Hilarious stuff. I especially love the "Call TNT request to clean it up" thread. I agree that if you think it's to "EXPLICIT" then don't watch it & don't ruin it for other people that arn't so uptight. You think these parents would have enough common sense to realize that it isn't going to be a family show when it comes on right after The Closer.

I thought the show was pretty good, and the lesson is relevant because we don't all go through life as the archetypes of moral behavior. I like the depiction of redemption as a universal concept, even for the most depraved, non-believers among us. It will challenge those who are unwilling to suspend their disbelief, however.

I enjoyed it and am looking forward to seeing where this is going to go.
Screw all the religious fanatics who are protesting because they don't think they would like it.

Unfortunately I had to stop watching this after episode 3.....Fall TV was coming and Tivo was backlogged.
Yes, there are 3 more episodes left for Season 1. If the writer's strike ever ends, Season 2 with 15 episodes will premiere next Spring.
