First of all, the comments about him "going off" on women are little premature. Damn it, I think I just made someone's signature.

There are 2 women they he "went off" on: 1) Kail and 2) Jen. Even if you throw in Daniele, there's still a good probability that he went off on 3 people, and those 3 people just happened to be women. You need a much larger sample size to draw any conclusions.

I think it's more about Dick targeting people who are playing the game. He calls people out to put them on the defensive so that they can't attack him. If Kail is busy dealing with "damage control", she can't go after him. There are obvious drawbacks to this strategy (he risks disenfranchising the floaters and he puts a huge target on his back for whomever doesn't get booted), but it's a strategy none-the-less.

If Mike was campaigning against him like Kail and Jen were last week, Dick would be gunning for him. But so far, the guys have been much more low-key in terms of camplaining against him, so there's no reason for Dick to target them.

It's an interesting strategy, and I think it will actually get him fairly far, but I really doubt he can win hiw strategy. I'm interested to see if he acts this way for a while, then switches his strategy to something that would help in the end-game (e.g. get Kail, Jen, and Mike out, then become super nice guy). Then again, he may just be playing to let Daniele win. They may have colluded before entering the house. I have a hard time believing that she was selected for Big Brother and didn't post something on her Blog or tell a friend who told the brother who told Dick.

This is the problem with "only" watching the show three times a week. To gauge the true dynamic in the house, you really need to watch the AD shows or the feeds. ED, for instance, comes off far worse on the broadcast shows versus how he interacts with the housegates on an hourly/daily basis. (True also for Amber, who is actually quite cool, funny and composed and whom the other HG's have a great admiration for. I promise you, her crying jags do NOT make the other guests uncomfortable. She's one of the most popular guests in the house.) ED, Nick, Eric, Jameka, the cheerleader, Danielle, Dustin and Amber have a GREAT time together. It's really fun to watch them get along.

Zach, Mike, Kail and Jen are essentially outcasts, the ones no one really wants to invite to the party. Deservedly so, because these four contribute nothing to the random conversations and activities the house engages in.

And that's why the so called floaters get far in the game. They sit back and let the more aggressive players devour themselves until they are down to a few, then whoever is left turns to the floaters because they need their alliance and promise them all sorts of things. I know people hate floaters, but honestly, why would you throw yourself into this mess? Maybe having no strategy is strategy enough.

I agree. The first alliances are typically the first targets. Jameka, Amber, the cheerleader (why can't I EVER remember her name?) and Eric are playing the game perfectly by simply interacting and being social and creating lots of good will with the others. They're fun to keep around and they're not in any threatening alliances. Jen even said at one point that putting one of them up would be pointless (the blonde, I think) because she's "useless." Nick, ED, Danielle, Kail, Mike and Zach have HUGE targets on their backs already. That group, I think, will be long gone before the Jameka's and Eric's.

This year's houseguests seem to have much more fun than previous seasons. It'll get even better when the people who bring negative vibes (Dick, Daniele) leave.

Yep, I totally agree with this post.

I remember like Amber on the AD shows, but they make her out to be a blubbering idiot on the broadcast show. As for ED, all of the other houseguests were happy that he went off on Jen. Most of them had talked about how they were wanting to say the exact same things. And Kail has been a big-time target for a while, and so I think observers' "discomfort" during that confrontation had more to do with them thinking, "Someone's finally calling her out!"

And dolphinboy, you are going WAY overboard with talk about the ED conflicts. He's never laid a hand on either of them. You act like he pushed them up against a wall and repeatedly slapped them. If women can't handle some harsh words, they should NOT go on Big Brother. I guess it doesn't matter that Kail told Danielle that at least ED did something right as a dad and gave her to her grandma to raise. I guess it doesn't matter that Jen routinely treats everyone else like shit. But neither one has a penis, therefore they might get the vapors and pass out if someone says boo to them too loudly or something. Come on!

Although it was a little funny, I was much more uncomfortable watching Hurricane Howie go off on April. I thought his comments were intended to be far more hurtful. Dick was at least swinging from the hip, telling them exactly what he thought and also what most of the people in the house thought.

If men can't handle being deceived and lied to in the BB house, they should NOT go on Big Brother.

Our worst fear has happened (or my worst fear)

Spoiler:
There is a huge alliance in the house now comprised of the following douchebags:
Dick, Daniele, Nick, Dustin and Amber. Zach is a huge loser and is just a pussy who's just going to follow what Dick says. Eric, Jessica and Jameka are too weak to do anything but follow. Strongest players left are Jen and Mike and Mike is about to be evicted

Since...

Spoiler:
JEN VON THE VETO! OMG!

Season about to jump the shark.

Hey, ED just called Kail out on her own treachery. She dug her own grave, not ED's fault that she's so bad at this game.

And I think he handled it just fine. Again, it's not like he got physical with anyone. By my measure, I think it was handled.

Based on his posts here and his historical posts, I'm 98% sure Arpeggi is just trolling. I'm about 25% sure that he's an AE of a banned member, but I'm still researching that.

Come on, that is not a spoiler, it's an opinion.

But I am glad that
Spoiler:
Jen won the POV. She can stay for a couple of more weeks. And then, she's outta here!

Nope. Right click on "Arpeggi", choose "View Posts", read last 2,000 posts. That is trolling.

In Internet terminology, a troll is someone who intentionally posts derogatory or otherwise inflammatory messages about sensitive topics in an established online community such as an online discussion forum to bait users into responding
It usually refers to a poster who is not a regular poster in a certain forum and who otherwise has no 'history' with it's members.

So, regarding the After Dark feeds. It looks like they are not 100% live.

Case in point, last nights feed. Around the 10 minute mark, Jen is in the hot tub talking with some people and then all of a sudden we see Jen getting out of the bathtub giving us full frontal nudity. Let's just say that she's playing with a 'clean field'

That's too bad that they don't get any privacy while taking a bath. At least they are covered when they take a shower and they can towel off in the shower and then be covered by the towel. But they don't have that luxury while getting out of the tub.

Oh well, it was kind of shocking to see that all of a sudden. And right after that, they go back to Jen in the hot tub. Or maybe the hot tub feed was the taped feed and they went 'live' to Jen getting out of the bathtub.

Spoiler:
So, it looks like Kail & Mike will be the ones put up for eviction.
