Yeah Ouch for Big Shots. I hope there is hope, cause I do like the show. The 2nd episode was much better then the pilot. IMO they should have just re-did it maybe it would have helped.

Just in case anyone gets confused, I've put the dark red on season/series premieres. Didn't want to come across that I thought the "Friday Night Lights" season premiere was bad or anything...

It's kind of odd to show Friday Night Lights, a show about Friday night high school football, while Friday night high school football games are being played... isn't it?

Exactly what I (and most people) thought...I thought they would at least put it in the last hour of the evening, when more HS games would be over.

not really. the football season isn't very long and they started the show after half (more than half?) of the football season has been played.

Thank god the world isnt a perfect world because Betty is a hell of a lot more entertaining than another season of Survivor.

And the final season of Las Vegas is going to be this one.

Wow, I thought the ‘Over 60’ crowd would enjoy the addition of Tom Selleck, apparently not though. I don’t see why the ratings dipped that badly, I don’t recall Las Vegas ever getting ratings that low before.

It’s not the greatest Television show & it ain’t going to win any awards or anything but Las Vegas is a fun show & I’ll be sad if this is its final season. Of course all the ‘Quality’ shows are on NBC & watching an NBC show is like watch a series finale episode every week.

Of course no one watch’s what might possible be one of the greatest comedy lineups ever in NBC’s, “Comedy Night Done Right” lineup consisting of Scrubs, 30 Rock, My Name is Earl & The Office.

Wait until next week when Men in Trees returns at 10 PM Friday in place of 20/20.

Don't freak out about the overall viewership. Las Vegas and FNL were tied for 4th in the 18-49 demo and that's still a good thing.

TV Guide.com says that FNL gained 200,000 viewers compared to the season 1 finale. I guess that's 200,000 more people who bought or rented the DVD's this summer and enjoyed the show.

Oh, I totally forgot about Men in Trees return. It’s been off the air for so long that I forgot. I actually really liked Men in Trees & with 27 episodes (assuming it doesn’t get cancelled), I’m thrilled.

I’ll be watching both Men in Trees & Las Vegas & hopefully both shows get around the same numbers so they’ll both stay on the air. If Men in Trees takes first in that timeslot, Las Vegas will be in third every week because Numb3rs will always get around 8 million or more viewers.

I guess your rite DJariya, Las Vegas won’t get canned quite yet because it was tied for 4th in the 18-49 demographic & it was the fifth show overall. It’s just last week it was the number two show overall. The budget cuts for the show will also, most likely, keep it on the air for at least this season & possibly more.

I'm actually kinda scared about MEN IN TREES. Last year it did pretty respectable in the friday time-slot and was excited. I figured a show averaged 10/11 million viewers would be able to live a nice long healthy life on fridays. But then the show moved to Thursday, losing some of its viewership, and then it was cut mid-season without a season finale in February. And even now I don't see ABC advertiseing it that much, so I hope it doesn't fall off too many people's radars...

Those CW ratings are absolutely terrible, even by their standards.

CW has always had a problems with Sundays for some reason or another... They should just give up and air the new episodes of "America's Next Top Model" since that is the only show they have, that people will rearrange their schedules for.

But personally, I'm glad that "LIFE IS WILD" is the one of the three new shows with the least viewers because I personally think its the worst of the bunch. But I hope ONE TREE HILL doesn't inherit it's timeslot, that would be the kiss of death for the show that's always on the verge.

Ouch for NBC Mondays.

I cannot believe how popular DWTS is.

I guess there is probably no point in watching the three episodes of Journeyman that I have recorded.

ohhh big hit for Journeyman. could it be the timeslot? Heroes is a more comic book / colorful show -> JM is more "blue" soap opera show (I have never lost a GF in a plane crash and then married my brother's GF... and we all remain best friends)

Despite Journeyman's drastic decline, it's still not doing that bad in the 18-49 demo. Anyways, I'll watch it until NBC pulls the plug.

Well Chuck isn't doing much better then Journeyman and lost a ton of viewers from the previous week. Bummer! I'll stick with it though until NBC kills it.

WTH is up with the Nielsen viewers? Did they have their TV's turned off on Monday? Were most of them watching the Cowboys game?
