If we are pointing out plot holes with powers, 5 years in the future would't Parkman be able to tell Sylar is the president? Or would't you think the Hatian would be near him at some point to show that he isn't Nathan.

The Haitian doesn't just radiate a nullifying sphere of influence. He can target what he wants to do. When he and Eden captured Sylar, the Haitian nullified Sylar's powers AND allowed Eden's to persuade him. It is very possible that he wouldn't use his powers on Nathan/Sylar if he didn't expect there to be anything there.

Can't explain why Parkman couldn't hone in, but he hasn't shown complete mastery of his power yet anyway (see the Thompson sneak-up just last night).

And if she is altering her looks why not make herself hotter?

Unfortunately, I feel like if you really think about it, there are a lot of holes with regards to the power. Basically, Hiro could kill/stop anyone if he really wanted too - he could freeze time and go look for Ando, just to keep him from getting too close to Sylar. When Hiro and Peter meet, Peter will pretty much be a god at that point. Point being, I try too hard not to think about this stuff.

However, I did think it was almost supposed to be obvious that Parkman couldn't "hear" Suresh - Eric Roberts sneaking up on him notwithstanding, we had JUST seen him detect someone before he saw them. And I could almost explain Eric Roberts by the fact that Parkman was hearing him, he just didn't know exactly where he was.

I'm wondering if Suresh will end up having some kind of power that interferes with telepathy. Maybe his voiceovers block mental intrusion.

Considering Sylar can alter himself to look like Nathan in one version of the future we saw, there's a high probability she won't be around that long.

Thompson obviously knew what Parkman's power was. After he realized he was there helping HRG, he just cleared his mind to sneak up on him. But as he was concentrating on keeping his mind clear, HRG had the opportunity to sneak up on him.

He said on that episode that he "met" Candice so he already killed her in that future.

With regards to Parkman, he can definitely hear when people think things to themselves. But Eric Roberts knew that. He could have kept his mind blank while approaching him? Maybe? Also, Suresh could have just grabbed the extinguisher and smacked him without thinking to himself "I am going to grab that extinguisher and smack him upside the head with it!"

The sad thing is that the site looked like it was done by an intern.
