From: Rainy ass Seattle yes the weather sucks here, so do our sports teams.
To the time freeze thing, it seems pretty obvious that Hiro lost his concentration, I mean he didn't want to be there in the first place, he didn't/wasn't ready to kill Sylar, he is not confrontational, he doesn't want to be like his future self, he was scared shitless all those things make you lose your concentration.
I loved this episode the intensity was crazy.
The scenes with Molly had me a little choked up, but it was a great scene between her and Surish. I am glad they didn't abandon/forget about (cough cough Lost) that storyline.
Real talk.
I couldn't agree more.
What a great character, I don't know what the shows plans are with his character but I hope he stays around for a long time, and Zachary Quinto, props to you man, you are an awesome actor. I hope this guy gets loads of work and has a great career.

If Hiro lost his concentration it was because Sylar's eye god damned moved to focus on him while everything was frozen. That'd sure shake me even further in that state.

While it still was fun watching I agree that it was
OK I tried.

The exploding man is just like "Damage" from DC Comics:

1. He has the power to release energy from his body and blow things up
2. He accidentally blew up half of downtown Atlanta

I'm still not sure Sylar eats the brains. Not literally. I don't think the little girl's interpretation is necessarily reliable. I'm sure absorbs them somehow, but chowing down on them? That whole bit might have been a wink to all the web speculation.
And I agree this is a great character and has a really great actor playing him.

) I thought that revelation was the most interesting thing about the episode. If they don't kill her off, I forsee her causing a lot of problems for our heroes.
Yeah it was a setup for the ones to come, but I still enjoyed it. It's great seeing everyone come together, hopefully for a true battle royale.

It was certainly a filler episode compared to the last few, but I was to understand that these last three comprised a "3-parter" which this one initiates. I guess it is because it centers around Molly Walker who is officially introduced in this episode.

So Rena Sofer appeared on BOTH coast in the same 9 o'clock hour. She was hardly in this though at least compared to her minimal appearance on 24. To places at once, maybe she's a "hero" too.

Vampires on Smallville = Filler and no story progression
This episode was hardly filler. Great setup for the finale.

For what it's worth, I've always assumed he's a brain eater...
