Sun flashback was weak.
As stated above if it is the purgatory thing, that will be stupid as hell.
Decent WTF moment at the end.

If the Others faked a crash site, they would also need duplicate bodies (Clones) spread around to be found dead. Where would this site be? How can they move giant pieces of steel elsewhere with just a sub? Maybe the magic 'box' really can create something as big as a sub or a plane. Maybe the box is how the clones are made. If Newgirl was under the impression that no one survived 815 then why is she here? And how does she know Desmond without him knowing her? Did Penny send her regardless of the 'all dead' reports?

You wouldn't necassarily need bodies or the actual plane they were on if you're going to fake a crash site. You just need news services to report "no survivors were found in the exhaustive search of the wreckage which sunk to the bottom of the ocean".

Not that I think it's true, but if everyone on the plane really died, then Desmond is the only alive-alive person on the island, right? And the Others, of course. My head hurts.

Terrible episode. I think everybody's high off the ending and forgetting the dreck that came before.

Anyway, I remember the producers saying something along the lines of "when we kill a character off, they stay dead". Guess that's not the case any more. This is the second episode in a row where a character we've seen "die" comes back.

So maybe parachute chick is actually an Other? Or knows McPatchy? It's all a set up to get someone back in with the Lost crew?
