SPOILER about the future of HEROES...

Since this will obviously spoil the entire run of Heroes for some folks, I will spoiler the whole thing. This is a MAJOR series spoilers, so DO NOT READ if you do not want to know.

Spoiler:

Tim Kring reveals: The upcoming second season will constitute a new volume in the multi-volume series, with new characters and an entirely new storyline. "If you remember, the opening of the pilot pronounced the episode as the beginning of Volume One," Kring said in an interview. "Volume One comes to a conclusion at the end of episode 23, and Volume Two starts with the opening of season two. And Volume Two is a different story." Kring added: "We could have new people and new storylines and new ideas and new threats and new bad guys and new heroes. So I would prepare the audience for that idea, that it's not just a continuing serialized storyline about only these people. It's a little more the 24 model than the Lost model." Kring also confirmed that some of the current heroes just might not survive this season, but added: "Many of your favorites will live to fight again." Source: Sci Fi Wire

I'm not sure I can get behind the idea of getting rid of a hot chick

With the cheerleader and the new girl that was introduced on Monday, they've got the hot chick area covered as far as I'm concerned.

I wouldn't mind one bit if they dropped her, so long as they took her greasy haired son and lisping baby-daddy, too.

I can when she's worthless and her storyline drags down episodes.

The commonality of the last few episodes? Almost no Nikki or Peter. It is no coincidence that these have been some of the best episodes and my interest in the series has renewed a bit.

Spoiler:
I understand that killing off characters kind of gives a show an edge, but I feel that Lost has killed off so many characters, it's just getting old. I hope Heroes doesn't lose its damn mind and kill off too many folks.

Spoiler:
In fact, one episode this season takes place 5 years into the future, with all of the Heroes dead

I like her stories. I dont thing she drags it down at all. I want Mohinder Suresh to die, which I hope he does from last weeks episode. I cant stand his character.

and why would you not want to see this every once in a while?
