Primetime TV season: Best CW drama

Since I know damn well that nateman won't do one (not baggin on ya, I know its not your cup of tea), I decided, since I know alot of people (at least on this board) watch the network, a poll might be fun.
tues:Gilmore Girls, veronica mars
wed:One Tree Hill
thur:smallville, supernatural
sun:7th Heaven (that is still on right?)

Veronica for me, followed by Gilmore. I followed smallville for about 2 seasons, then the 100th episode came, pissed me off enough to stop the show, I watch one tree hill on occasion but more for the eye candy then the acutal content of the show.

I was contomplating on weather I should include wwe smackdown on the list or not, but decided against it

7th Heaven.

Just kidding

I don't watch CW that much but I do like Smallville. Supernatural is enjoyable but it is opposite to other things I record on tivo.

Veronica Mars easily, followed by Smalllville & Supernatural. I've never seen Gilmore Girls before. Expect a VMars landslide win.

Smallville is in the midst of one of its best seasons ever. The Green Arrow arc was good stuff.

no worries, don't forget comedy. its hard to decide weather to put some shows on the list eh? wwe smackdown is a hard one, its a 'what brand do you like best in wrestling poll'.

I lost interest in Smallville around season three... I lost interest in '7th heaven' around 8th Grade (season 3/4), and I could never get into 'Supernatural' (never had the time)...

I love 'Gilmore Girls' but I love the GG of old back on the WB when it was an amazing show, and not just a halo of its former self. At the same time I can't describe it, I honestly don't understand it, but for some reason 'One Tree Hill' is can't miss television for me - I just get so wrapped up in it, and I have no idea why. Vm, was amazing in season one, great in season two, and good now in season three, but I catch myself not minding if I miss episodes like I used to... so for me its:

1 - One Tree Hill
2 - Gilmore girls
3 - Veronica Mars

Veronica Mars by a landslide, then Supernatural. Too bad both will most likely be gone next year. I'm sure Smallville rocks too, but I'm only on season 2 right now.

During it's 1st or 2nd season, VM. This season, Supernatural eeks it out.

Gilmore Girls followed by Veronica Mars.

Both have declined in quality since the CW started, but I've got to give the edge to GG for their previous seasons and some very good episodes the last few weeks.

Veronica Mars is good, but the latest main mystery was boring and aside from Veronica and her dad there are no characters on the show that I care about (well, there's Mac but calling her a character on the show lately would be a stretch).

As if there was any doubt that it would be a landslide win for Veronica Mars. I can't believe this show will probably end up cancelled. Unbelieveable.

Now, what's odd about this poll is Supernatural leading over Smallville by three votes so far, yet the discussion for the show here never comes close to matching Smallville. Hm. I wonder if that's because the show is more stand aloneish and featuring only two main characters or because lots of people who might have chosen Smallville chose Veronica Mars.

I am pretty sure Supernatural has done well enough in the ratings that hopefully it will comeback next year. It has a better chance of coming back than Veronica Mars.

1. Smallville
2. One Tree Hill
3. Veronica Mars

Veronica Mars would be on top if the quality hadn't dropped substantially each year.

if they lose GG next season due to both actresses threatening to leave, they might have to keep VM on, also it is the one critical darling they still have.

They won't do it... 'Veronica Mars' is lucky to pull in 2.5 million viewers and is the least watched show on the network, and since it is filmed offlot (not on the Warner Brothers or any 'Lot' for that matter) near San Diego it's expensive... This this week with 'Pussy Cat Dolls' getting over a million more viewers... sadly, Veronica's already starting singing her swan song. But on the plus side we got three good seasons (and got to see her graduate high school), because of UPN and CW, on any other network she would have been gone by episode 13. Lets just hope Rob Thomas doesn't hold out hope and we go out on a cliff-hanger...
