Sorry if this is a repost, but I thought this was an interesting blog...

It's called "That's What She Said". Here's a description from the blog owner...

My name is Julie and I’m a labor and employment attorney at the law firm of Ford & Harrison in Atlanta, Georgia. We represent management in companies that have been sued by their employees and former employees. As you might guess, I spend a great deal of my time counseling companies on avoiding lawsuits and providing managers with training on how to comply with various state and federal employment laws. (If you’re a manager or HR person I’m sure you’ve been through or put people through one of these.)

When I’m home, I like to relax in front of the TV. NBC’s hit show, “The Office” is a draw — not just because it’s so funny, which it is, but rather because it is fascinating to consider how many zeros a company would have to add to the settlement check if the antics of the folks at Dundler Mifflin appeared in a real lawsuit.

This blog, “That’s What She Said” (Michael Scott’s trademark punch line) is my personal estimate.

Diwali was an excellent episode.
