I think the "Poo Song" was perfectly in line with "Scrubs" humor. And, if you know anything about "Avenue Q" it made sense and worked very well having that song in there.
Don't ya remember the kid eating Carla's engagement ring? "Pretend there are little men up your butt and push the dookie out, push it out". Or, the whole "Toilet on the Roof" episode?

I'm surprised at all the hate. Everyone in my family loved the ep - mind you two of us are 28 and the third is only 2, but still...

And the poo song was perfectly in line w/ the show's history.
