Whoa! Lots of changes got started with this episode.
Pratt is in so much trouble with dispensing drugs at that church last month.
Alex has turned into his father (i.e. criminal) with swiping Morris's credit card and going to town on it.
The murse and Sam continue to get their flirt on.
Tony's "family" do their best to get between him and Neelah.
Kovach didn't handle budget cutting with the precision of a surgeon, but rather with the tact of bull in a china shop. Weaver gets to shine on her way out. I had no idea this was coming, though it was quickly set up early in the episode with the job offer in Florida. This just seemed really hastily put together, I wonder if it was planned, or just something that needed to happened.

Wasn't expecting Weaver leaving either. If she's really gone they did a good job of keeping it a secret.
Neela should have realized you don't mess with Trixie.

Neela's a whore.
Though some here will be throwing a party i'm going to miss Weaver.
At first I when they added more of Sam's clan. However, I didn't mind her grandmother that much. Well, particularly the "20 years ago..." line. Other than that, Sam could disappear with her murse and the rest.
Poor Pratt.
Really don't care for Gates. Really.

through weaver (Laura Innes) wasn't in the 1st episode or season was on er as the longest cast member even surpassing to Dr.Carter (Noah Wyle).
i was sad when she left at the end cause through Abby and Kovach have been there since season 6 and some of the nurses have been there since the begginning they were never favorites of mine.
& another main character is set to leave this year as well. this show has changed alot over 13 years.

You know its funny...I hate Weaver, but I hate to see her go. Still, Romano leaving was the worst departure for the show. I love Sam, but they have really screwed her character up. I wish they would evolve her more like they did with Abby.
