I always thought it was neat how the actors who played Ryan and Cyril were brothers in real life. It's just always so distracting to see the "Cyril" brother now because of that character and the very different one from GWH.

My biggest laugh was the face Tina Fey made when she was told James Blunt was the musical guest. 
He once was the musical guest on SNL, so I wondered if there was a story there.
