Still, you have to wonder why Veronica had to 'discover' that Mercer was on the radio during those times... instead of Mercer just coming up with his own alibi and telling the arresting officer "Hey, numbnuts... I was on the air during some of the attacks. I didn't do it."

i'm glad to see that pizz is probably not the rapist. i thought the veronica mars marching order of killing off or making them guilty any nice person the on the show would win out. where is the computer geek girls roomate this episode she's hot. if i was pizz i'd be hitting hit. he may dreams veronica but as they say a hand in the bush is worth two feathers or something like that.
also make jason dorn evil again. he is the worst good guy in history and veronica is not dumb enough to like him knowing what he has done. it is the most unbelievable romance on tv.

this episode veronica knows she is drugged and goes into a parking deck by her self. give me a break no way is she that dumb. Veronica has definetely been dumbed down. I can't stand when she is obnoxious to people who don't deserve it. Like pizz, he lets her stay at his room and she is basically a jerk to him, sleep on the floor nice guy who is foolish enough to like me. I would be like get out of my room b**ch.
I think the radio dj accused of rape had no idea where he was on those dates that is why he did know to check the dj logs at the station.

You are exactly right; I confused the reason why Wallace wasn't around for one of the other reasons why other cast members haven't been around.

Not only was V's trip to the parking garage ridiculous, but what about her trip to the Fitzpatrick clan's dungeon? Clearly she was hesitant on going in, but she eventually went in anyway. What if that other P.I. wasn't there to rescue her? Eh, two totally stupid things about an otherwise entertaining episode. Also, am I the only one that wants Logan and Veronica to stay together? They've been through too much to simply call it quits. Also, IIRC, last season they gave a couple of hints suggesting that those two were meant to be together.

Anyway, it's nit-picking.

On the subject of Logan, his new whipped persona is boring, and they aren't writing their relationship very well. They played up his "I can't tell you" alibi, but it was a bust, at least in this episode. I hope for the show's sake that he was lying and it really was something horrendous.

Where's Mack???
I am not caring for the Veronica and Logan. There's a lot of potential there but they are making them boring together.
Anyone know where you can get a mpeg of the new theme?

The whole thing about V being stupid after drinking the GHB drink, is that who would she call? She's angry and Logan and her father, and that's what made her comments at the ending so meaningful. She didn't call them out of spite, and it could have backfired on her but instead Logan helped her out anyways and Keith cared for her. I mean...it's not like you would expect Logan to NOT help her...but it was a cute sentiment that she spoke about at the end, about love and all.

I think Veronica leaving her drink was obviously dumb and a bit out of character. It's the sort of slip up I could see anybody making, though.
I don't think it dumb for Veronica to try to lock herself in the vehicle instead of staying in the food court to pass out. The offender was clearly there and clearly has experience taking women from public places like frat parties and raping them. You have to think that the rapist was planning to do just that this time as well. When you couple that with the fact that the last time Veronica was drugged like this and raped, she was at a party with a ton of people, it's easy to see why a drugged Veronica might act the way she did.

Some real lame, manipulative plotting this episode. The cup left on the table screamed plot device. And no woman with an ounce of sense would stagger into a darkened garage. She wait in a brightly-lit cafeteria and call someone ... or at least wait for the dizziness to pass. Hopefully this lazy writing is just a blip ... .

VM gets a back-7 episode order for the remainder of the season (20 episodes for this season). This is good news!
