Sometimes this show is so realistic. Haha.

I think Bob Vance would have a breach of contract case against the management company that owns the building, unless Dundler-Mifflin was subletting to Bob Vance.

I imagine that Bob Vance has squat. The closing was decided on less than 24 hours before the workers found out. I imagine that Bob's contact within the company called him and he hatched this plan to move in and keep the employees. I'd be shocked to find out that the company actually gave notice to the management company, the management company advertised the space, and Bob Vance came in and signed contracts in that amount of time. Similarly, I can't imagine any sort of arrangement would have been made so quickly between DM and Vance directly.

That's very true. I actually though that Bob Vance probably didn't have a signed lease with the management company based on the timeframe and that it was more of a friendly agreement than anything else.

Why are we all taking this so seriously, anyway?

well, the thing to think about is what the hell Creed is going to do the following work day?

He already sold his PC, printer, monitor, etc...

Well I bet that he won't recall those things happening anyway. short attention span....

I'm about 99% sure that Andy is the convict. There was a black guy with Jim in the preview so that would mean the people transfering would be: Jim, Karen, Andy, Fatty, the blond that Andy told "Big Tuna" to watch out for, and the black guy. The blond has been listed as appearing in future episodes. Where are they going to sit 6 additional people?

That's 5 new Scranton people (not counting Jim). It's going to be pretty crowded around that office.

Anyone else think if Jim moves back, he'll be worried about how hard it'll be to keep his buddy relationship with Pam as Assistant Regional Manager, and end up asking Jan to offer Dwight the position, a la Tim and Gareth?

I borrowed a Kenneth Cole dress and shoes for Letterman. I decided to go with something a little sexier for a change. I hope I don't chicken out. When you see it you'll probably think it's pretty tame but for me it was a stretch.

Michael: "Listen up everyone, I have some news....We're all screwed!"

Great Epside. I was half expecting the president of the company to show up at the end and Michael and Dwight would have to make a run for it so as not to be seen.

Oh, and Pam > Karen anyday!

Anyone catch the quick joke on Las Vegas tonight?

Mary goes up to Mike and says: "Dunder Mifflin has booked another ball room, so you might want to get some extra security guards"

I demand a crossover ep now!!

Yeah, I caught that. I don't even watch Las Vegas, but my wife had it on and noticed it.
I guess that reference makes up for the missed opportunity on Heroes a couple of weeks ago.

I don't know what's more disturbing, the butchering of U2 "One" or that it feels like a deleted scene from "The Office".

Click on the link and watch the video of the Bank of America presentation that they did for their employees.

Nice. Is this the first week NBC has tried this, running an complete episode online? (In the past, I remember it was just "Deleted Scenes" and such being on their website.)

This is the first time they've done that, yes. Actually, I think this season is the first time they've consistently had deleted scenes up after every show.

I'm kinda torn about the extended cut. On one hand, I've been hoping for extended cuts being made available on the DVD since the first season release, since they're almost always quality. On the other hand, if I have to watch on my PC, I'd almost rather have just the deleted scenes available. It's a minor quibble though, since sitting through the episode again for more scenes really isn't that much of a chore.

I for one love the deleted scenes. I loved the bits with Creed and Meredith this week. I love the supporting characters and most of them get minimal screen time each week, so it's great to be able to see more of them in this way. Plus, I've got a season pass via iTunes so it's added value for me. I think it would be great if NBC started doing this with some of their other shows(My Name Is Earl or Heroes, anyone?)
