This AP story just moved on the Entertainment wire at work. I don't think it's a huge deal or anything, but I know some people would be interested and I hadn't seen anything posted here.

Wasn't sure where to put this. I just stuck it here in the TV Talk because he's on a hit show right now. A little funny that he plays the ultimate woman chaser on How I Met Your Mother. But anyway, mods should feel free to move this if it isn't in the right forum or delete it if it has already been posted.

Actor Neil Patrick Harris comes out, saying he is 'a very content gay man'

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Neil Patrick Harris is gay and wants to quell any rumors to the contrary.
"(I) am quite proud to say that I am a very content gay man living my life to the fullest,'' Harris tells People magazine's Web site.
The 33-year-old actor said he was motivated to disclose his sexuality because of recent "speculation and interest in my private life and relationships.''
Harris stars on the CBS comedy "How I Met Your Mother.'' He started on TV as a teen, playing the namesake doctor on the series "Doogie Howser, M.D.''

I realize I was a little misleading with my thread title. But come on, who doesn't think of Doogie Howser when they see Neil Patrick Harris or hear his name? I was just trying to cut through all of that.

I was actually thinking that it gives a whole new context to the whole window access bit from that show.
