Is she going to "die" in every episode? And can we get her some different clothes, please? We get it -- she's a cheerleader!

she needs to wear something other than the cheerleader outfit. the scene with her at the end was pretty crazy with her all cut open. "holy shit"

i liked the episode. the villian seems pretty creepy. was he the black guy in the bar?

looks like I got my wish. I'm just wondering how come his hearing is selective....I like this better than Mel Gibson in "What Women Want" tho...he was bombarded with it at first.

the cheerleader...do they always wear their uniforms or what? I don't mind, but it would be nice to see her in something different. question: if she's devirginized, does she re-heal back into a virgin? just curious. she sure does die a lot. I hope it's not every episode. that sure was a trip at the end. damn.

the FBI chick turning her gun on herself...wow. looks like Sylar is making his victims kill themselves. thats messed up.

Open chest autopsy for an obvious death by blunt trauma to the head? These writers need to get their shit together. Otherwise pretty good show.

I just don't get why, if the stick actually killed her, how did she come back to life once its pulled out?

What brings her back to life and why does a stick in the neck kill her, but not an open chest?

To steal Patman's joke, the extraordinary power of superfluous exposition.

Because she was already dead when they cut her open....or something.

There must be one part of her body that not indestructible, and the stick hit it.

What I'm asking is, once her whole body was obviously dead enough to get to the point of autopsy, how does dead tissue come back to life buy just removing the stick?

I know no one will have a real answer, but its the part that made the least sense to me.

Some of these characters are boring. We need more of Hiro and Sylar.

My guess is that it's not a regular autopsy, but maybe one by her dad and he's trying to get more info about her powers.

Or maybe it's just bad writing.

Cheerleader's hero name: Guttable.

That was just nasty.

This show just pushes darker and darker, and it's only episode three.

My theory: it hit certain parts of her spine and neck, causing her body to shut down. Removing the stick allowed those parts to begin healing, allowing her to become "alive" again. Strictly theory, however. Kind of like in X-Men 2 where Wolverine was shot in the head, but didn't do anything until the bullet had been forced out of his brain.

Then again, who knows. The Hulk ripped Wolverine into two parts in the Ultimate Hulk vs. Wolverine mini-series, but Wolverine somehow pulled himself back together.

OK, I'm going back to my theory that Peter has some sort of empathic powers. It's not that he can fly -- it's that he can copy the abilities of whoever he is near, and when he flew, he was actually copying Nathaniel's powers.

Oh -- and Hiro and his friend rock.
