Question: is the guy who plays Tweener a regular, or a recurring guest actor? |

Dayum, Johnny Lawman is a psycho!
|
Damn! Just when Tweener earns my respect. But damnit, the dvr clicked off before the upcoming episode part. Anything note worthy shown for the next ep?
|
aww, i liked Tweener. All because of a stupid baseball card... :(
|
OK, I have to admit ... I did not see psychotic William Fitchner coming.
|
Man, Tweener forced to blow someone, get it up the ass and now get shot, all for a baseball card.
|
Tweener going down sucked. He was the one person who deserved it the least and did something to try and redeem himself at least a bit.
|
I'm not sure what the writers are thinking this season. First they kill off a character who could've have a great story line outside of the prison (Abruzzi). A mob boss who was out for revenge. And now they kill off the character who was (in my opinion) the most interesting so far this season. Oh well
|
Even though it was pretty obvious where it was going, the scenes between Tweener and the FBI guy were pretty well done. Surprisingly.
|
Crap....Tweener was starting to grow on me.
|
I think Tweener was starting to grow on Fichtner and that is why he had to do what he did, yo.
I have always questioned the age of the show's writers - I'm thinking eighth or ninth grade. So I'm starting to think that a third or fourth grader is writing Haywire's storyline. |
I hope this Sucre thing doesn't last...
|
The Haywire scene was hilarious, just for how bad and out of place it was.
Fichtner's character was better when he was Goran-lite, now the psychopath FBI guy seems stupid. The complete 180 in some of these characters was overdone and sudden, Sucre goes from pussy to robbing them and Kellerman goes from murdering govt agent to puppy dog eyes for the doc, not that I blame him. |
Tweener was a retard and deserved to die. Not only has he screwed over all the guys several times, he just makes stupid decisions.
The first thing he should have done was tell the FBI guy that he would sell every dude out for a complete and total pardon with no more jail-time and a house in Cancun. He probably could have gotten it. He deserved the bullets. Hope Sucre goes next, followed by the black dude (name?), then T-bag, then Lincoln for taking the bait to grab his son. 'F it. Kill them all. This show is really going downhill every week. I heard the ratings are following it. |
FBI guy's line of "I don't have anything against you...but they do." made me think he was in on the grand conspiracy, not just going psycho. That would also help explain how in the world he was able to escort Tweener all by his lonesome.
Also, last thread I said the cop would be the woman's girlfriend, so I was close. My thinking was that after all the c-teasing she did with T-bag it would be a nice twist to reveal she is a lesbian to rub in how much she was messing with him. The show really has gone to the well too many times with their 'trick' setups. As soon as Tweener got out of the car I realized he wasn't approaching the same house because there was a distinct lack of establishing shots. I didn't expect the college chick though. I guess he must have gotten the address of her car registration or something in order to write her later. |

I know all these guys were all headed to "Utah" but I thought it was funny that the college girl just happened to live in the same town.
|
I didn't get why Fitchner had to kill Tweener.
Anyways, I'm getting really bored with the main story, and I now find the conspiracy stuff far more interesting than whatever the escapees are up to. |
I'm getting a little annoyed with the writers. What I think is going on is that they're getting so caught up in shocking the audience that they're planning storylines around it. Unfortunately, it's making for some bad story telling. They need to figure out some way to get more focus on the conspiracy and less on the chase because clearly, they are running out of good ideas for chase plot twists.
|
Wait so what exactly happened to Shales? Why did he kill Tweener? I'm confused. I really loved the twist about psycho FBI agent. I mean come on guys, you saw it coming, with his mad shakes and the pills. Don't say it's out of character.
|
Good ep but fucking stupid in all. Too many illogical things, like where were the other cops following with tweener? They KNEW Fichtner had him; how can they possibly say it was an attempt escape? I cant wait to see that explained. Plus the 2 bros splitting was stupid. Why get the kid now, its a trap, try giving some elaborate bullshit riddle that will say where to hook up. It almost worked before...
And the crazy dude making a twig boat? Cant wait. I have a feeling he'll be the only one to live and get away ala Con Air. |

On Michael's back.
|
Was disappointed Tweener died but still love this show. They surely can't kill off any more characters for a while.

As far as Tweener goes, I actually felt myself feeling bad for him too, but then again, that makes his death all the more meaningful. Even though he annoyed the hell out of me in the beginning, it was at least a little easier to feel some sympathy for him this season. If it were C-Note or Sucre that went down instead, then it would have been a little more "eh, so what?" Not only that, but it's good to see a show that isn't afraid to kill off characters at a time that isn't the season finale. Good ep but fucking stupid in all. As far as how he's going to explain it, he could just say that Tweener got the planted gun off him and he had to defend himself. Plus the 2 bros splitting was stupid. Why get the kid now, its a trap, try giving some elaborate bullshit riddle that will say where to hook up. It almost worked before... Wait so what exactly happened to Shales? Why did he kill Tweener? I'm confused. I really loved the twist about psycho FBI agent. I mean come on guys, you saw it coming, with his mad shakes and the pills. Don't say it's out of character. And I was expecting something to happen, given how we've seen Mahone act so far. Heck, I was expecting him to say that he was the one who left the trail of bodies, not Shales. |
The whole super cop killing tweener :scratch2:
I thought they would continue to shake him down, offer him deal after deal until he gave up the info. They have a nation wide man-hunt... they finally catch one of them and the best deal they could offer him to talk was no additional time, and club-Fed? |
Yeah, except for the shock value, his death didn't make much sense. What else can you expect from this show?
I got some satisfaction from the shooting, because every time he was on screen, I saw Kevin Federline. :D |
• B.A. • No kidding - when the first season began the producers said that they had two seasons of the show plotted out. On what? A napkin? So let's see, they've killed Abruzzi, Veronica, Nick, Westmoreland, Tweener, and Gov. Tancredi; and both the VP and her brother (RIP another actor) had the sense to get on better shows. Anyone else? While this may be the dumbest show to air in years, I have to give them credit for at least killing people off. das |

Let me guess, Sucre takes the cop lady, the money and runs away?
