right, i understand nuking San Diego. I do know of the military presence there. I'm not questioning why San Diego was nuked. but why not both?

now, LA could very well have been hit as well. but the way that part was shot, it seemed like they bypassed LA for a reason in the scene.

Obviously Joe Straczynski was involved, since he's nuked San Diego in pretty much every show she's ever done.

Well I like the show. I agree on all the negatives but not too bad and I guess like a few have said my 'imagination' is making it better than it is at least for now. I could tell when he was writing listening to the morse code it was a list because it was one word per line...So assumed it was a list of cities that got bombed. And I figure as someone else speculated he was someone 'in the know' maybe in the gov't in some way who knew something bad was going to happen so moved his family to a small town.

Well am I the only one who noticed that not only LA, but also NYC, and Washington DC weren't shown to be hit.

Especially odd since there was a Joint Session of Congress in Washington at the beginning of the first show.

i was expecting to see those big ones, too. but LA was the only one they showed on the map, but seemed like they deliberately showed it, then moved down.

Remember, there are three cities that we don't know about (3 pins that we never saw).

Also remember we STILL don't know that these are cities that have been nuked. So far, we only can confirm that ONE explosion took place. Denver (or close to it). Everything else is speculation to this point.

We should be confident that Atlanta was snuffed.

.
My first thought, when he did San Diego and Philadelphia, was major military bases/towns rather than population centers? Don't both have large air and/or naval contingents?

Also, anyone think the ex-cop is a government agent? Perhaps some number have been sent to various cities because they knew this could happen given whatever the current world situation is/was...

Ciao,
