Good episode. Interesting case, I thought. And IMHO the writing hasn't lost a beat. Really a downer of an ending when he picked up the cane. You can see all the hatred for that cane in his eyes. Hugh Laurie is phenomenal. I wonder if he'll take the cane into work.

I agree..love this show..but I do remember during a couple of scenes that I was thinking it was turning into a parody of itself. Like something you would see on Mad TV...hope it was a fluke.
