The Father's Day episode on Cosby Show:

Rudy is sitting on the couch next to Cliff and starts picking her nose, they switch the camera off of her. They switch it back and she's wiping it on her pants. A minute later she starts picking again. They switch the camera off of her again. Switch back and she's wiping it on Cliff. Then when Cliff gets up Rudy almost falls off the couch (she's sitting on the arm). Not the most fascinating thing ever, but its cool to see Rudy wipe boogers on the Cos.

Also, the first few episodes of the Cosby show, the name plate on the front of the house says "Clifford" Huxtable, but his name is Heathcliff.

Same here (plus the ship was under attack), although I suppose a cigarette would be ideal for making that effect.

I recall an episode of the X-Files were Scully had her gun pointed at someone but the slide was locked back!

I just noticed Hurley runs past the same extra twice in the season finale of Lost Season 1:

In the final season of Melrose Place, there is a scene where real-life husband & wife Josie Bissett and Rob Estes are seen in the background on a beach while some other characters are acting in the foreground. You can see them kissing and being affectionate, but in the show their characters had not started dating yet (and his character was still married to Heather Locklear.) I noticed that on Soap net reruns.

I remember back in the 70's watching "Dance Fever" and when they would introduce the celebrity judges they would come dancing out. Allison Arngrim (from Little House on the Prairie) came out dancing and she was wearing a tube top and it slipped down. You could totally see her nipple for a second before she pulled it back up.

He only passed her because she was standing still on an escalator. A recent Deadwood quote comes to mind: "Not quick, but [s]he does seem full of purpose".
