I still haven't been able to tell if the patrons can always hear what is going on in the kitchen. It looks like there is a divider, but they still shove food through.

I missed most of last year's, so I've been trying to catch them this year. I think Keith will get it, as he seems to do the best job in the kitchen. He does need some help on getting his hat on straight.

Some shots show there is a glass wall. I think only part of the area where YES CHEF! serves to the waiters is open.

It's an open kitchen. The patrons can definitely hear when chef Ramsay screaming at the contestants.

I'm getting tired of Ramsey's standard lines and terms like "Tonight, for the first time in Hell's Kitchen..." and "Move your ahhhss, yes?", and the way he says "reshtrint" is annoying too. He needs some new material.
Also, while I realize it's all overplayed for the camera, how upscale is it to scream at your underlings, constantly say fuck(ing)________ well within hearing range of the dining room, and be downright rude to customers?

What did Virginia say as to why she wanted to stay? It was beeped out, and I couldn't quite make it out.

I can't wait to see next week's episode! The preview made it look like something is going to happen that never happened before!

I believe that she said that she wanted to stay and that she is now prepared to rip off K-Dawg and Heather's heads and shit down their necks, or something to that extent.

How many god damn weeks and these idiots still cant perform a simple menu....the same menu even!!

Beef Wellington is easy enough to cook....when you use a probe...

Not being able to do a vegetable station?? This is someone who wants to run a Las Vegas restaurant? Heather *might* be the only one who looks like they could walk and talk at the same time...
I wouldn't want any of these asses running a Wendy's.

Virginia's mind drifts and shorts out at times. It's pretty obvious. I honestly think that when Chef yells out orders she either only gets part of the order, or gets it but part of it is lost as time goes by. Did you see how Heather had to repeat the orders? "2 WELLINGTONS!!, 2 WELLINGTONS!!"

Hell, I can barely follow his orders let alone remember them and I'm just sitting on my ass at home.

Probably more to do with his complexion than his cooking.

Seriously though, Heather is the only one that I would probably actually considering going to a restaurant for. Keith seems to be a good cook, but he's a slob and it really would put me off his food. Plus, he seems to sweat a lot ala Tom, and you just know some of that is making it into your food.

As for Virginia, I agree that she just doesn't have the mind for a chef right now. She is too scattered brain, and you can tell that from her meandering speeches.

I loved how Ramsey kept calling Sara a cow. Just cracked me up every time he did it.

What's with Keith suddenly being so gangsta? I swear the first few episodes, he sounded normal, maybe a little dumb. But the last few episodes he only refers to himself in third person as K-Grease and he actually referred to something he liked as being "pimp". Come on. Was he just afraid to reveal his inner P Diddy to the other guys?

That was just great!

I wonder what Sara wanted to ask, if only Gordon had let her!

I found him to be this way from the very first episode. I even mentioned it in my first post of this thread[post #13].

that was the greatest thing ever. virginia is cool but sara is a fucking bitch and im SO glad shes gone. i actually jumped out of my chair and cheered!

granted, the way gordon ramsey basically begged virginia to stay was lame ("think about it...you can stay if you want to") but it got sara out of there (in very cool and revengeful fashion i must say). so im happy.

does "kiss my grits" mean "kiss my ass"?

All you Sara haters can kiss my ass. You guys hate her because you all wanna titty fuck Virginia. So anything Sara does, even if it brings the drama and makes the show interesting, gets ignored because you guys are all hopped up on Virginia titties.
