This is the only show that I'm considering dumping. It takes me days to get through and ep.

re: LOST

All I'm saying is that practically none of you will actually drop it. You may wait to build up a backlog, or wait for DVD, but you will watch it.

That's what a great show does.

I will drop:
The Simpsons - Yes I'm still watching it
CSI: NY
Maybe Lost. I was watching the complete season and was on the border dropping it. The show is just too boring and nothing happens. At least the last episode had a nice ending.

Looking forward to finally getting HBO and seeing the Lucky Louie premiere...
I have never watched Desperate Housewives, but I keep reading/hearing 'bout its sudden fall from the top. What has gone wrong with that show?

I'm considering dumping CSI: Miami -- but I like Caruso and not the other characters, especially the women.

I honestly don't belive the people who say they will dump Lost.

Not because the show isn't annoying slow but because anyone who has watched the two seasons just MUST know what happens.

I dumped almost half my shows around January when I realized I had taken on way too much.

But most notably I've already dropped "The OC," I'm going to watch the graduation episode and then make peace with it and maybe (big maybe) netflix the DVDs when I get bored in the future. "Smallville" is another one, I watched the 100th episode, and I liked where the episode ended off, so until the seires finale (if tehre is a publicized series finale), I've seen my last "smallville." I always consider dropping "Grey's Anatomy" but there is something that just keeps dragging me back in, and I can't really put my fingure on it, but I might resort to dvd's with that one so i'll watch it when I'm in teh mood.

And finally (and you have NO IDEA how hard this is for me to say, but) I am really considering taking a leave of absence from 'Gilmore girls'... I don't knwo for sure yet, because it is my favorite television show ever (it finally beat out "Angel" last year), but it just feels wrong watching it without Amy Sherman-Palladino being in the writers room, it feels like betrayling a friend or something...

I don't have many regular shows, but one I am considering dumping is Penn and Teller's Bullshit. Last season was up and down, but this season has really been pretty dull for the most part. They even found a way to make bigfoot boring.

LOL.. the sponsored ad that showed up for me on this thread was for BOSTON LEGAL -- that was dropped in its first year for me.

I keep telling myself to drop the SIMPSONS and ER ... hopefully I can pull the trigger this time.

I'll be keeping my four primary shows this year: 24, Lost, Smallville, and Supernatural. Well, I will be dumping Justice League Unlimited(awesome series finale last night).

If they get picked up for a second season and if I like them after watching the DVDs, I'll be adding Prison Break, Invasion, and possibly Surface.

I am going to dump Survivor, it just seems stale anymore. Exile Island killed it for me.
