Why the heck was Philly Leotardo and the newly made Mafia guys eating dinner in New Jersey?

Little things like that irk me.

Each episode seems to be advancing the timeline by several weeks, probably to account for Tony's healing.

Tony actually addressed that in the show.

I think the big plot point that no one is talking about is how Tony doesn't remember giving the order for the hit on Frankie Valle's character. Does he actually have alzheimers, like Kevin Finnerty learned while Tony was in the coma?

He remembers just fine. You need to read the article that is linked on page 2.

I read that article and I disagree with that conclusion. In the episode, Tony appears genuinely confused about the whole situation.

I disagree. He's obviously trying to clear himself in case Phil is wearing a wire.

Phil even commented on it.

I loved the scene at the end when Artie is rediscovering his love cooking. The beat up notebook with his grandfather's recipes was a nice touch.

No, it was the Viceroy in Santa Monica. They even said it as Christopher and the other guy (don't remember his name) were walking in. I've stayed there before; not only did they film in the actual lobby and pool area, they even used the actual rooms. I had the same view that Ben Kingsley did.

The only people who know Tony said ok are Johnny Sacks & Christopher. He was just feigning ignorance.

He also wanted to do the Pilate thing too. He wanted nothing to do with it. That's why they used guys from Italy, didn't even use a guy from their crew to meet with the guys to set them up with weapons or info. With the exception of Chris, no one else in Tony's crew knew of the hit. So why would he let Phil know about it, obviously Johnny let him know, but Tony was trying to get around that.

Good episode I always liked Artie nice to see a show focusing on him, Charmaine looked amazing as always. I have to say was not a fan of the highlights in her hair, but still love those knockers. Bennie remind of Joe Pesci in a way but boy he sure needs to learn how to fight.

Wasn't Christopher's hooker one of the twins that appeared in shower scene from "Cruel Intentions 2"? I think their last name was Sorell....first names Annie and Alicia.

If I'm not mistaken, this episode is the first that we learn that Christopher is still heavy on drugs, right? Even if that has been revealed before, it was disappoing to see him snorting coke in a major way like that. I saw nothing but good things for him, but he's once again on the path to self destruction. Let's hope he's not injecting in his foot any time soon. And... Charmaine is one of my faves! Great episode.

When there isn't a boiling pot of marinara around. When Bennie stomped into the kitchen, I was expecting far worse for Artie. Like a meat cleaver injury or face first on the grill. Tony was right though, don't pull that credit card scam at a restaurant where they all eat frequently.

As far as we know, Christopher's been clean up until now, and this was a relapse. It'll be interesting to see if he continues using on the East Coast.

After Christopher had his fun with the drugs and the girl, he called his pal from Jersey, telling him that he's chipping badly, to come up to California.... Who was this friend? His anti-drug sponsor? Was this friend supposed to keep him off the coke? Or was this friend suppose to bring him a load of more coke??

I think that is his sponsor. He definitely wasn't brining Christopher any more drugs, thats for sure.

"Murmur" is not only Chris's sponsor, he's also a master forger.

As far as Tony denying involvement to Phil:
Johnny Sac wants word out that Tony did the hit for fear of repercussions from within his own crew. Remember Johnny said Frankie Valli still had some strong supporters (Little Carmine for one) within the family and he couldn't do it himself without risking mutiny. The more people know it was Tony who ordered the hit, the better. It's called plausable deniability. Tony wants to keep it on the low for exactly the same reasons. He knew perfectly what he was doing when he denied involvement to Philly. It was a smart move, not an alzheimer's one.

The stripper was definitely the hottest Bing Girl I ever saw. Or remember at least. We.Must.Get.Her.Name.

Funny seeing the Hasidics again. Involved in the credit card scam no less. I flashed back: [Walnuts]I'm not embarassed. Syl, you embarassed?[Walnuts] as he proceeds to pound his head with the desk bell.
