Paula is blasted out of her mind tonight.

Simon is really telling it like it is tonight! THANK GOD for Simon.....and the audience needs to STFU and let him talk. Paula....again.....Simon doesn't interrupt you...so SHUT THE FUCK UP. If it weren't for Simon, there'd be no checks and balances for all of Randy and Paula's unwarranted praise.

Although I didnt think it was great, I think Chris is the only person who really tries to do something different with the songs he sings (although his Higher Ground was a direct RHCP rip, being helped by the fact that the judges and most of America have no clue). Id like to see a little more energy throughout the song ala Bo Bice, but he does try some things that others dont. I also really like Paris Bennett tonight. Bucky was awful, and think tonight may be his night.

Mandisa and Katharine were great. I thought Chris was OK tonight, but I respect him for doing his own thing with the song. Taylor was good, but definitely not the best I've ever seen from him.

The Redneck Rembrandt was horrible.

As for my overall thoughts on the competition, my final three are Chris, Taylor and Mandisa. Lisa is like a pageant robot, Covais sucks and I don't think Pickler is as strong a singer as the first three, or Paris Bennett. There's something very cold about Katharine - I sort of get the sense that she's not really a good person. Ace isn't as strong a singer as others but Elliott is - however, Elliott really hasn't had a signature performance that makes him stand out. Paris is very talented and could easily be in the top three, but SHE ANNOYS THE HELL OUT OF ME WHEN SHE SAYS "Thank You".
