I think Jack my have a hard time restarting a relationship with Audrey if she's innocent. We'll be stuck with "I can't believe you thought it was me. I hate you." for the rest of the season.

Remember their logic for killing Edgar off was "the audience started to like him". So we all need to start hating Agent Pierce in order to save him.
Next season needs to be Jack and Agent Pierce starting up their own agency and kicking the asses of Robocop, Warlock, Freddy, Jaws, Stormtroopers, Ghoulies, Critters and Dolph Lundgren.

Perhaps Wayne has info about a bigger mole. Someone knew that Jack was alive, and knew the people who knew it as well. But, what would be the reason to off them - unless you wanted that secret to remain a secret. So, the big fish has to be someone who wanted Jack to remain "dead". Audrey?

I don't know that Audrey really is a mole.
Could it be that she just sold secret information and that was it? I wouldn't consider that being a mole, I would consider it treason, but not like she is working with the bad guys behind everyone's back and sending them information constantly.
