If Tony died, shouldn't they have given him the silent clock at the end? Of course, if he is dead, it's funny that Carlos Bernard was in the lead credits for like five episodes while the actor who plays Mike Novack is a guest star and appeared in every episode.

Man, last week when Edgar bit it I was in hysterics. But damn, when Jack totally breaks down with Tony dieing in his arms... had me in tears.
I was hoping Jack would just pop one into Howells knee. And oh boy... an evil sexy female!

My TiVo cut off early (because I told it to record Medium on NBC as an experiment and it started before 24 ended)... I saw Jack holding Tony but it cut before the ticker.

I really wanted this to be time for Jack and Tony to team up and get revenge. If Tony really is gone, at least he's with Michelle, aww. However, I always get kind of suspicious when we've got syringes full of mysterious substances. Everyone thought that Jack was dead too at one point. Hmm...

Some people are saying they think Tony was taken out too quickly and that he didn't go out "right."
But Palmer was on the show for just as long, and his death was immensely quick, too. Although people were shocked, people here didn't seem disappointed.
What's the difference?

Palmer's death was part of a grand plan (even if it was a rather poorly-written one) and was suppose to shock you to kick off the new season.
Tony survives a car bomb just to be taken out like a bitch midway through the season after only a handfull of episodes?

Tony was basically a saner counterpart to Jack. A hero. Is Jack gonna go out like a punk, too? When he dies I fully expect him to take half a city worth of villains with him. I expected the same for Tony.
Well, now the only one left alive who knew Jack's secret is Chloe.

I thought it was a pretty good episode overall.kim's boyfriend is more annoying than she is. Makes her seem tolerable. Other than the fact she is being a big baby about the whole thing. You think she'd be grateful to find out her dad is alive.

And an excellent episode, overall. Kind of ironic how, at the beginning of the season, Jack basically came back to life, and now everyone around him is dying.

If every major character was getting a heroic death, everyone here would be bitching about how people don't get heroic deaths, they just die sometimes. Well, people in 24 sometimes just die.
So this is the third CTU "boss" that Jack's killed, in a way?
And I'm probably the only person who was irritated by the fact that Tony was holding the phone up to his BURNED ear and not his good one.

Is it possible to bring Chase back? I mean how useful can he be after having his hand chopped off?

Glad to see Lynn is gone. I think that Tony is a goner too. No big deal. It would have been better at the beginning if he was wiped out with Michelle and Palmer (who I still think might have faked his death).

When Jack was telling Lynn that he'll have to die, I was waiting for him to say, "Lynn my friend, you bow to no one!"
Whenever Logan & company are on screen, the show screeches to a halt.
