ABC's "Wife Swap" (or football out West) averaged 6.5/10. Two episodes of "Arrested Development" delivered a 2.3/4 for FOX, holding off The WB's "7th Heaven" rerun and repeats of "Everybody Hates Chris" and "One on One" on UPN.
