Ditto - this monday was a black day for TV for me: Terriers cancelled and Haislip not being the new co-host 
Nothing against Candace Bailey, but other than Haislip, second preferred option was to stick with the current rotating co-host (esp. with Webb-sday, Sara Underwood, plus just random pop-ins like Alison Brie & Alessandra Torresani).

As you have probably heard, I will not be taking over as co-host of Attack of the Show. Many of you have asked the same questions, so I wanted to take the time here to answer a couple of the most common ones:
Were you offered the job first but decided to turn it down?
No. I was never offered the job.
Will you still be working on AOTS/G4?
Yes. As much fun as it’s been hosting over the past year, I already have the coolest job ever – perhaps much cooler than simply hosting a live television show. The opportunities that G4 has given me have been and continue to be amazing and afford me opportunities to travel the world. I’m still excited to be a part of Attack of the Show and to create entertainment that you all appreciate every day. And I’m very much looking forward to the future of my career and the amazing possibilities that are always coming my way.

Anyone watch the VGA's on Spike tonight?
They had a bit where Munn locked NPH in his dressing room to take over as host touting "I've spent the last few years talking about just this very subject, I should be hosting."
And the first thought I had was "You mean the show you can't seem to even name who this week summarily retconned you out of existence? That show?"

I miss watching this show and X-Play since DirecTV stopped carrying G4. I debated switching to Dish so I could get it in HD but aside from those 2 shows the network is garbage. Nothing but Cops and Cheaters reruns. So, should I really switch for 1.5hrs of programming every day?

I think the main reason she didnt get the job or was offered one because she flubs quite a bit. Everytime that i've watched her do the feed she stammers or stops and i think that might have been it. She is damn cute though and would not have minded at all if they gave her the gig.

True, Sara is cute, but will almost always trip over her lines in each episode, and her line delivery isn't the most natural of the candidates from this year.

Okay, after almost a month with Candace Bailey as the co-host, I gotta say, I'm just not feeling it with her co-hosting with Kevin. She's just not mean enough, probably too nice, not quite bland, but there's an intangible that just ain't working for me yet.
