A genuinely awful episode. I personally like Julie so much more when she's wealthy and bitchy. I feel sympathy for her and everything, but I don't think she's nearly as fun as she was during the last two seasons. But maybe she and Dr. Roberts will wind up hooking up and she'll return to her old ways once she gets some money again. I really liked the idea of putting Marissa in a new school and have her making new friends, and Johnny was a decent character in the beginning, but since no supporting/recurring characters stick around on this show for very long it was probably inevitable to have him fall in the love with her to create tension between her and Ryan, only to be disposed of as quickly as possible. And the sugary ending scene, complete with "That's What Friends Are For"? I wanted to die. This show has really lost its edge.
