I think that is because during a seizure the only thing you can do is make sure they do not hit their head.

I was cracking up through most of the first half of this episode. Having House be Foreman's beyotch was realized pretty well. House's facial expressions were killing me. It did make you wonder what House was like as an up-and-coming intern/resident before his reputation in diagnostics took root.

dang it, you all got me hooked on this show..
Now I can't watch Stuart Little with my kids without thinkin Hugh is gonna tell that little mouse to shut up.
( Dr. Obvious says "Hugh Laurie played Stuart Little's Dad in the movie")

Maybe I have watched Gone With the Wind too many times, but it kind of makes me giggle that Dr. Foreman now seems to be the Foreman (as far as the clinic is concerned).

"Copping a cheap feel?"
"I took a course in CPR."
"That would be great if she were having a heart attack."

Next week will be episode 5 from the first season.
I'd guess we'll get new episodes the first week of January. No real reason to air them now when viewership isn't all that consistent during the holiday season.

House was great at the OTB during the opening sequence.

I thought they said next week would be brand new?

No, they just said there would be an episode of House next week. They'd include "all-new" or "new" if it were a new episode, but they didn't. Plus, I recognized the episode from last season based on the previews they showed.
Had House been on the WB, they'd include "fresh" to describe an upcoming new episode.
