Is Tim Daly the "previously on Lost" voice?

I am pretty good with placing the actor/actress to voicework and I swear it is him everytime I hear it. I think that maybe when he had his show "Eyes" on ABC that maybe they asked him to do it once and they are still using it.

Anyone else hear that it is him?

It's not Tim Daly. I've always assumed it was one of the show producers.

I thought it sounded like J.K. Simmons.

LOST is produced by J.J. Abrams and Damon Lindelof, and is from Touchstone Television.

EYES was produced by John McNamara in association with Warner Bros. Television.

There's no connection between the two shows, other than the network they aired on, and "The Previouslys" on LOST are not produced by the ABC marketing dept.

That's what I've always thought -- it sounds like John Terry, Jack's father.

Ditto.

That was a really solid show that frankly deserved the cultlike following that LOST has even more than LOST does.
