Spoiler:
I have to agree with adamblast. I'm not sure yet, but this may lead me to abandon this show before I waste more time on it. I wasn't irritated about this when I read it in AA, but I have gotten more and more ticked about it the more and more I think about it.

Quite seriously, this just totally screws the Hurley episodes at a minimum for me. That was a dumbass thing to say, DL. It was an even dumberass thing to do to this show, though.

Spoiler:

I agree, having so much in so many episodes about the stupid numbers and then just having them be meaingless is pointless. Especially given how fucking useless Hurley and his backstory are otherwise!

I actually think that will prove to be untrue and there will be an explination for them.

They dont sound very fan oriented do they. They throw all this stuff out there and say things like, I think people are strecthing when referring to Shannon having a stab wound not a bullet wound and the numbers not meaning anything?
Thanks guys!

After last weeks episode having the plot of this one is more that a irritating. I guess I would also prefer that the new charactors just be introduced as the main storyline moves on.

I like how they advertise tonights episode as "special extended episode". 4 minutes....

Her over-acting is a bit annoying.

What happened in the first ten minutes of the episode? I got back from class late. I came in when Ana Lucia was asking the blonde woman if she was a doctor. The cast credits were being displayed on screen.

Having been told by Ana Lucia the basics of everything that had happened last week made this week especially boring. The fact that things played out pretty similiarly to Ethan's integration also didn't help. Bored now.

People are such whiners about this show. Every episode this season has been objectively entertaining and simply fantastic compared to the rest of the crap on TV.

Did they really need an extra five minutes for clips from previous episodes? It would have been fine as a regular one hour episode

so what does everyone think about the
Spoiler:
glass eye they found inside the Arrow Hatch? Could it belong to the boat guy who took Walt? Also I found it interesting how they obviously setup Nathan as the infiltrator (similar name both said they were from Canada) but it turned out to be Goodwin.

spoiler for next weeks preview
Spoiler:
I wonder how Michael is going to react when he sees what's inside the hatch

Oh that reminds me, has anyone else seen the commercial playing now that has a man singing "Make Your Own kind of Music", I bet they wouldn't have chose the song if not for it being used on Lost.

Enjoyable episode, but man does Michelle Rodriguez annoy me.

I'm glad they did away with the numbers for a while, those were getting incredibly tedious as it became more and more obvious that any solution that tied them all together would be insanely silly. But they still stand for something, I just never really cared about that aspect of the show.

Wow, they really love milking this "same events from alternate POV" concept. It's wasted 2 of the first 7 episodes so far this season. This wasn't a bad episode(at least not compared to something like "Everybody Hates Hurley"), but the timing couldn't have been worse. After last week's ending, we needed to see what happened next. Making us wait another week, especially coming off of a recent 3 week hiatus, is not cool.

And BTW, Ana Lucia still sucks.

I liked the last half hour it was pretty good. Nice seeing hearing the radio message from last season and seeing who they were talking to. Liked the other parts. The part where I actually started somewhat liking Ana Lucia is when she figured out who was the "other" Plus I gotta say shes gotta a great body. Nice seeing the other side of events we seen from the other survivors. Pretty good episode considering I dont really care for any of the other survivors expect for the big black guy (dont know his name). Ana Lucia doesnt bug me that much anymore plus shes pretty hot.

Still bugs me they killed off Shannon. She was the shows Eye candy andi liked her character.

i liked how they did the black screen and did "day 12" "Day 31" etc. The end wasnt need but was well done with the music and drums etc.

very interesting show. Anyone have any thoughts on who the others are? Very odd how they made a list of all there names. Thought the episode was good. Anyone know what the arrow means with the darma logo?

The scene with Michele Rodriguez and the Peace Corp guy was just fantastic. Nothing like a little weapon tension to get things going.

A few random things I'm sure everybody picked up on.
Glass Eyes - remember Locke's eyes in the dream
they want "good" people. Explains why they take kids, they probably since they view them as untainted or what not.

Oh and on a side note, now that we've got one big group again, and all angles covered. There shouldn't be a need for any new POV episodes for a while, and we can get the show back on track - after the "numbers" overkill in the first few eps and then Ana Lucia overkill. I'm pretty excited for next weeks ep now.

I'm glad to finally meet the man who is holder of all that is objective.

If you think there is a bunch of crap that makes up the rest of TV, it's because you're watching a bunch of crap instead of the good shows. It's not that hard to find good, compelling TV if you look for it.

I was expecting the Others to torture Ana Lucia in this episode. A little disappointed that didn't happen, but still a good episode though I didn't like the slow-mos towards the end.

Is M-Rod growing on anyone yet? I think she is a good addition but this episode revolved around her a bit too much.
