The full description from NBC.com:

Spoiler:
VERYONE’S ON EDGE -- ESPECIALLY MICHAEL -- WHEN IT’S TIME FOR PERFORMANCE REVIEWS -- On performance review day, the employees of Dunder Mifflin meet with Michael (Steve Carell) to discuss their work performances - but the only thing on Michael’s mind is his own impending review from his own boss Jan later that day. Meanwhile, dim Dwight (Rainn Wilson) thinks that Thursday is Friday and the rest of the gang works hard to keep him under that mistaken impression while Michael raids the employee suggestion box in search of new ideas for his showdown with Jan. Jenna Fischer, John Krasinski and B.J. Novak also star.

Poor Dwight.

I saw Michael Scott on the Today show this morning with Al Rocher and he was getting a tour of "The Office". I can't remember any particulars, but there is something framed on the back wall of his office that looks like a diploma but is actually something else... wish I could remember what it was.

Happy 64th Wedding Anniversary to Phyllis' (real life) parents.

Nice of you to send a shout out to your parents in the closing line of the post. I'm sure they're touched.

I might have just been in too good a mood due to My Name Is Earl, but I think the fitness orb's demise may have been the funniest thing I have seen on The Office.

For those who work in this kind of envrionment, is this accurate? If so, doing my little job in college book retail management ain't so bad.

Damn! I missed the episode. I thought today was Wednesday.

This show keeps getting better every week. I must've laughed out loud about half a dozen times. I felt really sorry for Jan until she unloaded on Michael at the end. He took it pretty well though all things considered.

Wow, this show just gets better and better. It has pulled ahead of the UK version IMO and i am a huge fan of that show.

Michael deserved everything she said to them.

So all they did was make out?

Great episode

Kevin's face when Jan walked in was great.

Dwight's line from the suggestion box was the best of the year hands down.

Dwight Shrute: "Don't sleep with your boss." Do you think this is about you boning Jan?
^3

Dwight's prep time before his review was also hilarious.

"I got drunk with my laser tag team"

Reminded me of an episode of News Radio with the suggestion box (News Radio did it much better, but it was also more slapsticky than this show). That joke about the suicide guy was pretty dark, yet oddly funny. I thought the episode wasn't the funniest, but I still enjoy watching these characters a lot. That look Kevin gives is priceless. "Romance?"

There are definite elements in my job that I see in this show. Michael Scott is obviously a caricature, but the other employees are around to some extent. You just feel like they're people you're working with.

The end of the "fitness orb" had me laughing hysterically even though I saw it coming. It was just done so perfectly. Several people in our office area actually have those as well.

Very funny episode.

I think it's funny when Carell gets to play scenes with his real-life wife (the blonde who can withstand a lot of scrutiny).

Dwight was killing me in the stairwell, pumping himself up for his "gimme a raise" speech.

Kevin's facial expressions were also killing me.

"It's all about my bonus."

"Dwight thinks it's Friday, so that's what I'm gonna be workin' on for the rest of the day" <--- My favorite line and look at the camera of the night. Jim rocks.

Kevin said: Romances?
Which makes me wonder whether Angela was making a snide remark about Jim and Pam or did she have an office romance with someone.

That was a VERY funny episode. Sometimes this show leaves me cold, but this one was dead on.

I also loved the opener "So how much was that?" "Only $25!" "OK". Funny stuff.
