I think it's pretty safe to say we all knew what was going to happen there at the end, but even so, it was a good episode.
|
So Abruzzi's ass is only cover for 1 more month right? since that mob dude is in jail too.
|
Ew, how many more layers are we going to see w/ our goofy little sub-plot outside the prison walls? Was happy to see that one shit get his finger broken - that was funny.
Glad that they finally made the dope dealer part of the circle - it was bound to happen, so why put it off any longer. I wish that they kill off a few of these schmucks - but the more idiots that break out the more different stories that they can tell afterwards. |

Pretty good episode though you could see most of it coming. I did like the one agent getting his hand broken. |
If you didn't want the others breaking out with you, couldn't they simply "forget" to tell them the night they are leaving?
So what did the girl Michael called do? Just notify the Thunder Bay police? |

They guy that was sitting next to Falzone in the car, was that Armand Assante? Man, that sure looked like him.

That's Michael's wife?
For some reason, I forgot what I was going to say about this episode. |
Delta Goodrem is cute as hell too. But I digress...

I wish they'd just tell a fun story of a prison break instead of all these 24-ish shenanigans. I see now, though, that's never going to happen.
das I hate the SS story line. I was hoping the helper guy was going to off the 2 SS guys since the job was done and this was the last of the loose ends. |
das: Like you say, it's the same thing with 24. They add more and more things to the storyline when you really just want to focus on the main plot. But, when you have such a seriously narrow story (breaking out of prison), is that even possible? Fill an hour, fill a season, fill a series. That's a lot of time devoted to just breaking out of prison. I'm sure the argument will be "haven't they broken out yet??" if that was the sole focus.
I have no doubt once the actual break-out occurs, everything outside the prison will be completely integrated with the "main" plot. They have to set things up for that now and not just spring it. Is that going to make any of it any better? Probably not. :) |
