Now, does the General Lee make an appearance? ;) I wonder how many DoH references they can throw in this episode? :p

Actually, from what I've read:
Spoiler:
Yes, and I think they're going to have it do a DoH style jump too

I saw a picture from the episode and there is in fact the same type car in the episode but a different color. I dont think that's a spoiler.

Yep. Tom Wopat is quoted as saying, "We wanted to give it a nudge, not a shove."

Anyway, are pics spoilers? I'd post them but fear the wrath of TV Talkers. Just head on over to supermanhomepage for a taste of what's to come tonight. :D

Spoiler:
Lois + stripper outfits = boing......ratings gold

Great pics on the supermanhomepage.

Here's some trivia about that vehichle in tonight's show...
Spoiler:

The Tursday 11/3 Smallville reunites John Schneider (Jonathan) with his Dukes of Hazzard co-star, Tom Wopat., but beyond that, the two are reunited with a car that may seem VERY familiar.

Wopat's character of Jake Jennings owns a Dodge Charger much like the one driven by the Dukes on the classic TV series. But here's some trivia you may not have known: The stunt car used in "Exposed" was actually a Dukes of Hazzard "General Lee" owned by Vancouver-based stunt man Richard Cummins. Another interesting bit of trivia, told to us by Cummins himself, is that part of the deal of using his car for the stunt is that Warner Bros. had to "put the car back together" after the stunt and in doing so, they have produced the last "official" General Lee car driven by Schneider and Wopat on television. "When the WB does it, it becomes something very special," Cummins told us.

Loved the entrance by the guest star tonight!

Patman 11-03-05 07:27 PM

Loved Clark's reaction to the main stage.

mikehunt 11-03-05 07:54 PM

wasn't the door stuck closed too?

B.A. 11-03-05 08:15 PM

I would like to once again thank the producers for adding Durance to the cast last season.

Patman 11-03-05 08:19 PM

Was the female cop's name Maggie Sawyer? I missed her intro at the start of the episode.

Looks like Lois is starting to thaw around Clark, but you had to laugh at Clark's Elmer Fudd nightlight.

I was hoping they'd been able to have that Charger go through the air in some kind of jump, but that was probably be stretching it.

Will Jonathan really go for the Senate seat?

They sorta did with that shot of it flying over the camera when they were out joy-riding, but yes it would be a stretch if they actually jumped something with it.

Slayer2005 11-03-05 08:44 PM

This one was SOOOOOOO much better than last week's episode. :)

Rogue588 11-03-05 08:54 PM

That's not saying that much...

Yeah, it was. I was awake for at least that part. Could someone tell me why he ran the stripper over? And what Luke had to do with it?

Shannon Nutt 11-03-05 09:11 PM

The only thing missing in this epsiode was a Waylon Jennings-like voice over before one of the commercial breaks. I did hear the "Dixie" horn on the car when Jonathan took him out for a drive.

Boy, the writer(s) and director of this episode missed a golden opportunity when they decided to have Lois pole dance instead of whom fans really want to see out there in stripper attire: Chloe!

All in all, this was one of the weaker shows of the season - but I still liked the Bo & Luke Duke reunion.

IMRICKJAMES 11-03-05 10:34 PM

I was waiting for the "If you're just joining us Clark Kent has just been arrested"

didnt happen

Timmio 11-03-05 10:45 PM

Good ole Boys just have been playing on the radio like when Pa Kent was driving in his truck a few seasons back...Keel Keel Keeel. Fun episode!

What about Clark ordering a coke... straight up and on the rocks...lol.

Bronkster 11-04-05 12:03 AM

Wow! No krypronite! No Freak-of-the-Week! No Lana! No thoughtful, somber ending! Did they change writers? Overall, an entertaining-enough episode.

^Real talk.........but I still love Lana

No Ms Kent either or Lionel

Decent episode, i enjoyed it, the stripper storyline was a little over the top, but it was fun goofyness.

Clark holding the heli kicked ass.

It might just be me but its a little annoying how Clark just barges into Lex's crib and starts getting in his grill about shit, thats getting real lame. If I were Lex I would be hella pissed.

I wouldn't have mind stripper Chloe too

Mmmmmmmmmm Lois looked hawt!!!  http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y20...e/nicerack.gif

the character's name was Jake JENNINGS, so they covered all the bases really. :)
